That was a cartoon and not really reflective of the game or setting. I mean they each had a special power weapon. They weren't native to the setting, they were all Earth children who got trapped in that world. It doesn't make sense the entire party would be human, let alone children.
>D&D is a moronic medium for moronic low IQ uninspired "storytellers"
D&D is literally just a group game for nerds. It has nothing to do with storytelling, because everytime you as a dm have a great story idea the players frick it up.
D&D is obviously cooperative storytelling, morons. It's not good, but it's at least on the level of that game schoolchildren play where you go around the room adding a sentence to a shit story until the autistic kid says: >AND THEN HE GOT CANCER AND DIED, THE END.
I remember seeing people playing and using a Dungeons and Dragons sourcebook when I was a kid and I don't remember it having anything to do with the homosexual shit fantasy they have in the movies. Was that some spinoff? It was more science fiction it seemed.
Isn't Lord of the rings meets princess bride just "princess bride"?
There's magic and giants and mystical creatures and warring kingdoms and wizards and shit in princess bride already.
The original movie sucked. I did jerk off to the kissing scene, which is ironic cause apparently the book of vile darkness direct-to-DVD movie did have a breasts out sex scene. But I was also 13 and didn't have access to porn. The ending was moronic, the setting was moronic, and the only good character was Damodar. And the beholders we're cool I guess. Anyway the movie should've been a horror movie with a few characters going into a dungeon and it's very atmospheric and shit. One of them dies at some point. There's story but also alot of it is them getting treasure or wanting it. Can't decide if they should have it interspersed with scenes of the actual players playing or not.
Either way, I just want it played straight. A dungeons and dragons movie. No shenanigans and no shitty epic Eragon ripoff plot.
D&D is a moronic medium for moronic low IQ uninspired "storytellers" who don't grasp logic or why hard divisions (class shit) are so damaging.
Also it's been taken over by the woke. It is guaranteed to be a cesspit of various shades of brown.
>D&D
>storytellers
bro...
Pay the white wolf gay no mind
Yes, roleplaying games are about telling (and sharing in) stories.
lol

So it's a shitty storytelling system then? "Dood look at my homebrew"

It's dumb but it's still a story.
That's not even close to how it works.
That sounds cool, too bad it will suck.
dnd is fun to play but all the secondary shit is cancer
>watch movie
>have to house rule the shit that doesn't make sense
No thanks
I just want to see Sophia get Drowed.
Cute monke goat
Every D&D related show/movie/YouTube series is cringe as frick. Video games are good though
that geeks and gamers table top series was fun
You want to support this cringe tone of fantasy? Garbage like Arcane?

It was always fantasy. But it isn't exclusive. Old school D&D (pre-2000s) had a very noticeable charm to it.
probably wasn't D&D then I must be remembering it wrong

"lord of the rings" means Gay themes
There are no wizards in princess bride
And that giant is just a big guy
>There are no wizards in princess bride
Miracle Max and his witch of a wife.
it will be Jumanji 2017 with a D&D skin
is tehre any chance theyll show hot sex and explicit penetration on it? and big breasts and pussys
Illithid brain rape maybe
no, dnd and wotc is infested with woke twitter types who are the new censorship prudes. it will be tamer than a child’s book.
