Kinda stupid and insipid tbh. The thing about going to abortion clinics to pick up loose women is funny, but Kevin would never make that joke today. Waste of Rickman.

When it was released we like it too. Then we watched it again and could find a million faults and moronenesses. It's a terrible movie for rewatching. I won't recommend you do it after so much appreciating it.

It's a good movie but the low iq pseuds of Cinemaphile will cry because they like hating on Kevin Smith

Bad film makers can have good movies. Usually it's the stuff early in their careers before they get woke or "persuaded" by ~~*them*~~ to make content with an agenda. I like Dogma. It allows me to see Salma Hayek strip and behave like a prostitute

It’s a very Gen X film, you wouldn’t get it because you’re not done with puberty yet.

It was good when I was an edgy little shit at 20 when I saw it in 1999. Now, it's a crock of shit and an excuse to shit all over Christians. We will never see a movie like that makes Judaism look foolish or hypocritical and moronic. Growing up is seeing the subversion.

              >We will never see a movie like that makes Judaism look foolish or hypocritical and moronic.

There aren't enough israelites to make such a movie profitable, and what is the point of mocking one religion to an audience who are a different one?

Let’s face it, there are basically two Kevin Smiths.
One is a smart, funny, determined Gen X guy who made it by the sweat of his own brow and did amazing things like saving Jason Mewes from a life of junkiedom.
The other is a pampered infantile manbaby with sickening pro-establishment SJW values, a massive ego and a thin skin.
I know which of these two is the one that makes the shit I want to watch.

Does "kino" now mean "aged like milk"? It's really appropriate that Alanis Morrissette is in this, because its relevance mirrored her career arc.

It's a good movie but the low iq pseuds of Cinemaphile will cry because they like hating on Kevin Smith

What about this movie isn't "low iq"? You actually think this movie is deep and meaningful?
