I find odd how they had a deal with WB to produce the reboot and air it on Boomerang then WB changed it's midn at the very last minute because according to them "it didn't fit their audience anymore" then they had to partner with an overseas studio to produce it instead, the funny part is that WB killed Boomerang on it's entirely afetr that and now they got Cartoonito instead
Having a "Swat Kats" name cameo in the Steven Gayniverse and Uncle Grandpa crossover after WB cancelled their partnership to produce the reboot at the time was in pretty bad taste IMO
They probably just put it there as light fan service. I doubt they knew at the time about what happened.
I thought it was simply the matter of CN being shows they were still producing and Boomerang was for shows they stopped producing.

Maybe an ex enforcer who due to circumstance ends up psychically linked to a new drone and they use them as attack dogs to rob and steal. Or maybe revenge for being turned into a freak
A rouge AI? Maybe similar to the spider slayers where the drone combines with others to make a heavy war machine.
Id like that tho if we are talking rouge AIs would be better if the separate parts had different personalities.

I sure hope not cause sympathetic villains are the most interesting and fun to watch. Or hell just any kind of interesting villian that isnt just "Standard generic bad guy who is just bad because #4232433213"

I disagree. I think it's been overdone and is at the point where it's become stupid. Like it doesnt match up with villainous acts and becomes more of something to tease the audience to extend empathy for a naughty cause.
The Freddy Kruegar reboot for example. He didnt want to be a nightmare demon and wanted to live again. Somehow that was supposed to balance out the child murder.
Well yeah it's stupid to redeem already established evil characters like that. But more so a brand new villain can be given an interesting back story that could tie to a larger narrative

I have faith in the Trambley brothers or what ever their name is, they seem like they have made SWAT Kats their baby. But I don't have much faith in an Indian animation studio. I am fine with modern animation techniques if we keep the tone and look of the original series with some stuff updated for settings reasons.

I did really like how they both cared about each other despite being killers and crooks. They at least were loyal to each other at the end of the day. Also lmao at Razor and Tbone without hesitation not above killing people to save the day.

He's deader than dead. For starters him being mutated into the Giant Bacteria was already him dying as a individual because his personality completely and utterly eroded into nothingness the moment his mutation completed.
However I wouldn't mind if he wasn't the only one with two pairs of eyes and that there would be someone related to him who'd try to look for him and discover the nasty truth at one point.
