I feel like Bane could do a good job at fricking over Spider-man Knightfall style. The same way Morlun did by exhausting him for days so that when they finally fight each other Bane has a much easier time. Batman is a harder question but I feel like giving him a symbiote would be the best way to go about it. We already had him quit venom so there could be a way for him to quit Venom and overcome it.
Bane would somehow force Spidey to engage him mano-a-mano in a flat open field, with not a single building, construction crane, scaffold or any sort of landscape he could zip or climb onto, forcing him to rely directly on brawns. Spidey is still very strong of course, and still has web shooters and spider-sense, but if Bane’s got enough venom and has figured out how his other powers work, then he’ll still have a tough time.

Spider-Man is still orders of magnitude stronger than Bane, faster, has Spider-sense, and as you astutely point out, has web shooters. Pete's smarter, too, but original recipe Bane was very smart and crafty in a way Pete's not so it could be interesting but there's no way this doesn't end with Pete walking away.
