Let's check using the Wayback Machine on the Internet Archive.
It says the first link was 40 minutes of Cartoon Network Theatre bumps (ex: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ip7tpYIwZX8), and the second one was for the CN Christmas Party, but the version archived has an overlay that I can't click past, so I have no clue for what year it was advertising, could've been for anywhere from 1993 to 2021.

It's only been 8 years, man
Me and my friends get no respect
Why did they make Boomerang into another fricking streaming service? I’ll just watch the old bumpers and cartoons for free.

Found some kino:
Holy shit I haven't thought about that in ages. Thanks anon.
Here's a 4K Restoration (NOT upscale!) of that Groovie.
It's so fricking gorgeous.
Nice stuff, sad tough that digital video cannot be true 4k 🙁
The video reminds me of "nothing like this" that adult swim did for J dilla in 2006, and also there's a random spathi at 1:32

Did they borrow from John K’s toy collection to make those bumpers?
Anybody noticed that the very first CN promo reel for investors and cable companies, actually sneaks in a clip from a fricking Donald Duck cartoon?
