One big issue is that Live-Action to animation means toning down a lot of her demeanor and how she moved.
There's a reason a lot of animated characters have big eyes like that, it's a design choice to give the animators a lot to work with when it comes to their expressions and Disney's been doing it since Ariel when it comes to princesses
Amy Adam’s was the only one who perfectly replicated the Disney princess body movement and facial expressions in Enchanted, it’s not impossible and it’s quite doable
