this is the most horrible, moronic, braindead, nonsensical take I have ever seen on Cinemaphile. Tom Cruise can be a hit or miss but the rest don't belong in OP's thread
>Tom Cruise >technically bad
Yeah, you better stay with capeshit, bro. You are outside your comfort depth. Let the grown-ups worry about actual actors.
They've all given good performances. The problem with being a major moviestar like that is you are often restricted in the way you are allowed to act since they want the movies to have wide commercial appeal: they're often making commerce as opposed to art. In their indie films (by their standards) you can really see their range. Pitt was superb as Jesse James, for example. Cruise was great in Collateral.
So, Leo was bad in OUATIH?
Brad was in the same movie?
Cruise was bad in his action flicks?
Denzel was bad in everything?
I know it's bait but I want someone to say yes so I can have a chuckle. Been a rough couple of days.
Feyd and Paul were good everyone else was forgettable add Oscar Isaac to overrated. I don't think Zendaya is a great actress either but Chani was written (poorly) to be unlikable on purpose
The only way to guage an actors prowess is in the live theater. Film can easily mask an actors lack of skill and gravity. You can run a scene 100 times until they finally 'get it'. The live theater is where you are really able to discern an actors ability to sweep an audience away with him in the moment. There is no 'hiding' in the theater: can you stand in deliver? It's just you and the language. Film has far more variables at play that can hide deficiencies in performance. By many accounts John Barrymore is the greatest American actor who ever lived. They say his Hamlet was beyond compare. And interestingly enough, John Wilkes Booth was also considered the greatest actor of his generation. He was paid more per performance than anyone else in the USA during his prime.
You're kidding, right? He was the highest paid actor in America for nearly a decade, at a time when what you were paid as an actor was a reflection of your skill, and the audiences demand to see you perform. He received rave reviews for most of his stage career.
According to the John McAffee leaks, this guy produces child porn starring his own children. He's got those evil Fritzl eyebrows that make people look cartoonishly evil, so I 100% believe it.
Somewhere in the huge data dump (31 TB) that got uploaded to the internet when McAfee got murdered by the glowies, I don't know where exactly anymore, sorry. They're absolutely aids to read because they contain a lot of stuff that's just complete nonsense and everything takes years to load.
Winona Ryder was also terrible, even Hopkins was off somehow. And Oldman was overacting even more than usual. The combo of conflicting acting styles and abilities really fricked Dracula up, since the production was top notch.
>filtered by Cage because reddit started liking him recently and you're a le-epic-moms-gunna-freak contrarian
I'd take Cage and his passion for acting over any of the sanctimonious pseudo-intellectual method actors plebs like you worship. Actors shouldn't be respected for anything other than their ability to entertain.
You clearly didn't read the op subject.
It's fine you find this nepo jester amusing, he's certainly very popular among simple folk, but he is undisputedly a complete hack.
Whether he's in goofy ham mode, or pulling the same kind of 'acting serious that is impossible to take seriously' shit that Keanu does, he's just a dreadful actor.
Leonardo Dicaprio
Brad Pitt
Tom Cruise
Denzel Washington
this is the most horrible, moronic, braindead, nonsensical take I have ever seen on Cinemaphile. Tom Cruise can be a hit or miss but the rest don't belong in OP's thread
No he's actually correct about everyone but Cruise
cruise is the only one whose actually good
>Tom Cruise
>technically bad
Yeah, you better stay with capeshit, bro. You are outside your comfort depth. Let the grown-ups worry about actual actors.
>they hated him for he spoke the truth
stay strong, anon.
denzel is criminally overrated.
>denzel is criminally overrated.
zero range.
Pitt and DiCaprio play Pitt and DiCaprio. J Edgar is the only film I'd ever say DiCaprio really tried in.
Pitt in particular is fricking awful. Leo at least tries.
I cut Leo slack because his range is so insane. He's going to miss sometimes
Then how did he steal Leo's spotlight in OUATIH?
He didn't, Leo's drunken rambling scene in the trailer is the best part of the movie.
>He didn't
uhhh yes he did
I wouldn't say Pitt is versatile per se, but he has excellent screen presence.

ftfm
>Double dubs
Suck my wiener. All 4 of them are great actors confirmed.
Agree on Pitt, but the rest are good
Agree with all except Tom.
Brad is kino but a weak actor.
Tom takes 4/10 scripts and elevates them to 8/10. The rest are shit.
>what is The Mummy
>OKAY ALRIGHT IM ACTING
Unironically true.
This is just a list of actors who have braincells to select good projects
Brad is very weak when he’s not into it, tom always delivers
Frick man, you read my mind. Those guys are all awful.
Tom Cruise/Leo especially, they just yell and people think it's acting.
>kevin hart
>the rock
>vin diesel
>chris pratt
>james corden
female version
is that snood on guitar?
she looks very talented to me, bags full of talent I'd say, practically bursting out of her.
>new waifu unlocked
boobs are too big lol how could any guy be attracted to this
found the flat chested woman
nice bait
The woman in the blue is better
She has a nicer body. Sweeney is pretty mid aside from her breasts. Flat ass and no definition.
Shes extremely talented, in more ways than one
Ryan Reynolds
>he's behind me isn't he
>Popular
what a frickin sperg
are actors really this open and gregarious in real life or is it just for the cameras
Sometimes.
ITS NOT FRICKING FAIR
SAY IT WITH ME BROS
ITS
NOT
FRICKING
FAIR
What is it with some men touching other men's chests / nipples? It's so fricking weird.
all British actors coasting on accents in Hollywood
Carried the entirety of See. Was good in Dune and Fast and Furious. This guy is often typecasted, but talented nontheless.
>Carried the entirety of See
he was great in See but that show had good acting from literally everyone
Is that video of him and his daughter that serious? It seems pretty serious to me. Should everyone working with him be shown this video?
?
Not only him, but 90% of the cast of DUNC (1 and 2).
Feyd and Paul were good everyone else was forgettable add Oscar Isaac to overrated. I don't think Zendaya is a great actress either but Chani was written (poorly) to be unlikable on purpose
>Feyd and Paul were good
Nah. I'd say Butler CAN be good, but he wasn't in the role.

self-aggrandizing masonic horse shit

If WB wasn't run be morons, they would've fired Amber Heard before filming Aquaman 2.

sauce?

so no sauce then? That's what i thought. Funny how 98% of chudism collapses when you ask for sauce
>chudism
my sides
/pol/chuds just make shit up. They're the man-babies of the internet.
Hes basically the king of this type.
I don't fricking know what Coppola was thinking. This dummy makes it borderline unwatchable. Oldman holds the whole mess together on a thin string.
Winona Ryder was also terrible, even Hopkins was off somehow. And Oldman was overacting even more than usual. The combo of conflicting acting styles and abilities really fricked Dracula up, since the production was top notch.
The most shilled actor in existence. There is nothing genuine about him.
I hate this homosexuals so much. at least Bautista is decent.
This guy was so fat and ugly in Fast 10 and Aquaman 2, really showed how bad of an actor he is. fast 10 was embarrassing for everyone involved.
He might be a bad actor, but he was the best actor by far in Fast 10.
He's a fricking clown
He's been in some great movies, like your terrible gif illustrates.
No doubt.
Cage has been in some excellent movies, but he they weren't great because of him. He's awful.
>filtered by Cage because reddit started liking him recently and you're a le-epic-moms-gunna-freak contrarian
