These look pretty bad.
Mind you, I understand why. If you made them as wide as they'd reasonably be, they'd be a bigger target and easier to hit in a FPS. And if you made them shorter than average to compensate, then they'd be harder to hit.
But they just look bad, the details shit, and the whole outfit looks like some terrible toy plastic. I think nearly any other TMNT design are better than these, although I've not seen Mutant Mayhem so there might be worse.

On the other hand, this does look worse.
