Terrible, genuinely terrible.
1) I don’t know if it was just my theatre but something was off with the backgrounds. They were constantly blurry and I could see two images. Absolute eyesore to watch.
2) The multiverse shit is too convoluted. I could follow it in the first film but it’s too much here.
3) They overdid it with the references to other films and material.
4) Annoying cliffhanger ending.
5) They made all the spider people seem like dicks. Also why were so many of them fat? And why did they keep calling all of them Peter as if they’re all derivatives of Peter Parker but at the same time half of them are fat, black, pregnant women.
6) I don’t understand Miles’ mother. She lets a 15 year old
boy go off into the world (I’m assuming she just wanted him to run after his GF and spend a night out with her or something), and then when Gwen appears in his room and tells her she’s got no idea where the frick hers in is but she’ll find him, she just lets her go without asking questions.
7) Miles’ costume looks really
shit in this film.
8) Not nearly enough Peter B Parker.
9) Miles has absolutely no plan to prevent his universe from collapsing, Gwen and her friends have no reason to help Miles because they also have no plan, and all the spider people are cucks to destiny, and somehow the universe hasn’t shattered on itself simply from people knowing that certain things are pre-destined to happen but also they can simply not happen just as much.
What a headache of movie I swear. Gave me the same feelings as the third MCU spidey movie.

It's the best superhero movie out right now.
grim
its going to hit 1 billy
the spot brought you holes
1. why did they all job against a prehistoric vulture?
2. why did they try to downplay spot in the beginning like his powers weren't amazing?
>prehistoric
didn't watch the movie or genuinely moronic
he's exaggerating
instead of samegayging admit you had a moron moment
i'm not samegayging also kys
Not reading that
it's okay, you bumped the thread so i'm still grateful
>no spiderman in one universe
>entire city turns to crime
uhhh, so what were they doing to keep things in check before spiderman?
It just came out here so I just saw it too. I liked it visually even if yes, my eyes were very tired by the end from all the blurriness from overlaying a texture. Clearly a stylistic decision though.
What bothered me most other than being half a story is that Miguel and co clearly had the option to keep Miles in the dark for two more days but just fricked themselves over by monologuing. So cheesy. Would have been better if they were leading him on, giving him menial jobs or something to just keep him busy till it happened, but Spiderpunk or Gwen broke ranks to let the cat out of the bag
Was this discussed here? Why did Miguel think it would be a good idea to tell Miles while it was still preventable? He really had no reason to do so.
All I've seen is hundreds of posts about trolololol Gwen has a ding dong
Only before people got to watch it and were going from spoilers, the actual premise is way too dumb to be taken seriously and discussed, the movie's incredibly short legs are already showing.
Never let morons tell you CA is acceptable.
>Never let morons tell you CA is acceptable
Lens distortion is a common art technique, you're a genuine autist if this bothers you at all
Chromatic Abberation in shows and movies is fine. Good, even.
Chromatic Abberation in video games is dogshit
That's probably where anon is getting confused
I meant what I said, it's visual vomit.
>They were constantly blurry and I could see two images.
3D film?
no, no one was wearing 3D glasses and my ticket made no mention of 3D. I just looked up screenshots and it turns out it was intentional.
Is Miles gonna have a story that isn't him affirming himself or being affirmed as Spider-man? Or a story that isn't just copying something Peter did?
lol moron you were in a 3D theater without glasses
The only real criticism here is the cliffhanger, the rest is you being a moron
no, it wasn't a 3D theatre. look at this pic. it was a stylistic choice.
>What the frick is chromatic abberation?
lol moron
other animated films don't do it. i have no reason to like it.
Pixar movies use it constantly lol
It's an incredibly common way to turn what would be a flatly focused render into one with a specific focal layer like with a real camera
>he didn't watch movies with the 3D on without the glasses for fun in the 2000's
