It's reddit gore, not that goregays are better, most of them larp as le though insensitive to cope with their overprotected lives. Terrigays are the same but with movies, and Terrifier it's the hot sauce assblaster of violent movies. I think the midwit gentleman is onto something.

Why do zoomers think storytelling is the most important part of a visual medium? Who the frick is watching horror movies for the plot? Characterization would actually be a fair criticism, but Terrifier 2 has great characters like Sienna and Art.

It sucked hard and was mostly boring nonsense interspersed with really badly paced gore scenes. Almost every single shot in this movie is like 4-5 seconds too long. A full hour of it cut be cut and it would be much better. It's somewhat shocking at how seriously the film takes its moronic plot, too.

I love Terrifier. Thought it was stylish, and I'm a big fan of extremely gory horror films. I even found the concept to be scary. My headcanon is that Art has an "aura" that prevents his victims from dying despite severe harm. So being mutilated and eaten alive to the point that she's like a skeleton after all her torture actually creeped me out. I even liked how Art was surprised and almost scared too immediately when she began to move before breaking into laughter. Honestly think it's one of the best horror slasher movies ever made.

I think Terrifier is for people who want to watch hardcore stuff but even Underground or Slaughtered Vomit Dolls tier junk is to unknown or to hardcore for them so they have to settle with these totally mainstream but still “hardcore” movies to keep up appearances. I am generalizing here though

Terrifier was good for a low budget horror movie. Guy playing Art is good. It does the Psycho thing where the main girl is killed in the middle of the movie and it was a nice twist to have the killer just pull out a gun when he is beat. The best moment was when the girl got away through a gap in the door so Art sticks his hand through the gap like he is about to do something to the girl and he just honks his horn. I like that the killer is fully committing to the bit and even when he is hurt he will not scream out in pain but instead he will play it like a mime pretending to be in pain.

Terrifier 2 took what was good about the first movie and then sidetracked it with a cringe story and lore. Art feels like he is just making a cameo in an unrelated movie.

Shadowy creatures rise from the foul mixtures to snatch refugees and drag them kicking and screaming to their doom. The air outside the capital city's kinoplex was electric with anticipation as lines snaked around the block for the midnight showing of Terrifier 2. Fans of the franchise, eager to experience the next installment of the cult classic horror series, waited patiently for their turn to enter the theater. As the doors finally opened, the throng of moviegoers surged forward, each one eager to find the best seat in the house for the blood-soaked spectacle about to unfold.

But little did they know, the true horror was about to unfold outside the theater. As the credits began to roll and the lights came up, a wave of revulsion swept over the audience. The once-luxurious carpeting and pristine seats of the kinoplex were now coated in a thick layer of filth: shit, piss, cum, and puke. The stench was overpowering, making it difficult for anyone to breathe.

The source of the mess was easy to trace. Throughout the movie, the terrifying clown antagonist, Art the Clown, had brutally murdered countless victims on screen, leaving a trail of bodily fluids in his wake. It seemed that each gory death scene had driven some members of the audience over the edge, causing them to lose control of their bladders and bowels in the process.

Pandemonium ensued as people scrambled to find a way out of the theater. Some fled in disgust, while others tried to clean up the mess as best they could. Amidst the chaos, a few brave souls tried to salvage the situation by calling for maintenance staff and security guards. But even as they waited for help to arrive, the stench continued to permeate the air, making it clear that the kinoplex would be closed for business for quite some time.

After this incident, Damien Leone, director of Terrifier 2, gave free blowjobs to everyone who had been in the kinoplex that day as an apology.

It’s an “I know it when I see it” thing.
I remember being a kid and us thinking it was cool to watch stuff like Happy Tree Friends
And then we got a little older and we thought it was cool to watch actual gore vids
But as an adult? I just don’t see the appeal. A cool effect would be one I don’t see everyday, something unique, something new. Gore effects aren’t anything new. And they’re generally in service of a story or creating some kind of emotional response for the viewer
For this stuff, I’m supposed to enjoy seeing brains and intestines for its own sake? I don’t get it.

It's in service of being a fun horror movie for fans of slashers. It's a nice homage to the NoES sequels with a ton of practical gore effects, but if you have no interest in those things then you're not going to like it.

Slasher fans. You're acting like Terrifier 2 is some pseudo-snuff shit like August Underground when it's a funny slasher movie. Most scenes are not like the one in OP, it's stuff like this webm or of the main characters doing Halloween stuff.
Nobody is watching people get killed in Terrifier or Friday the 13th as a substitute for real gore. Actual gore is readily available online if they want it, and even if they wanted to get off to a "disturbing movie" there's a lot of stuff out there's that's edgier than a funny clown slasher movie.

              Lmao

              >Only heckin' hardcore badass horror fans like it
Nice strawman, moron. Sorry it's too problematic for xe/xers like you.

                >Oy vey, goy! Look at this funny scene in which a clown cuts off somebody's head and puts candy inside of their skull! Isn't this epic!? Stop being a chud, goy! Consume your vile torture movie and enjoy it! There's nothing edgy about seeing people have acid thrown onto their faces or being scalped! It's good wholesome entertainment for stupid goy- I mean horror fans!
                >Also, trannies would hate this or something, even though they love gore and cut their own dicks off for fun!

Yeah it was really funny. When the fat kids goes for another piece and Art stops him kek. Very good scene.

Probably, but some people aren't quick thinkers.

I will only watch it if there's female victims.
    Is there?

don't understand how we got to a point in society where watching someone get scalped and mutilated while screaming for their mother is entertainment.
Even if it's fake, or fake looking, the idea of it is still sick.
Why are there a frick-ton of Reddit-tier YouTube channels gobbling up the next gorefest and "enjoying the kills!" but when there's a sex scene in a slasher?
    Oh, that's offensive!
People getting eviscerated in increasingly realistic ways? Well that's heccin' awesome! Based! Look at the gore! Oooh I bet she's gonna get the cheese grater to the jugular, how badass!
But breasts? Erm, that's a bit awkward. Didn't age well, right guys? At least we're educated!
It's fricking stupid, and I'm tired of it.
No one goes around rating the top ten rapes in movies, because that's fricking deranged.
But we can go around and rate top ten kills, because, "it's fake! it's acting! it's special effects!"
    Frick it. It's moronic.
I miss when horror was monsters and zombies and the deaths were impactful and not "heccin' sick!"
