>It's hardly like they finished the story.
The interesting part of the story is finished. Them just naively going through their office and their outties not knowing what is going on. This is going the way of Westworld where after the first season the big gimmick is done and it just becomes some subpar drama show.
That said I still think it can be an interesting show IF the next season is the final one. If they plan on dragging this out for 3+ seasons then it's going to get a lot worse and filled with a lot of filler.
I loved the first season, but I have a feeling this should have been a single 12 episode miniseries. There's still room for more, but I agree with . At this point the central intrigue is in the company and its goals, but I don't really care about that. It was fine as satirical workplace abstraction.
Itnall depends on s02e01 providing a logical conclusion to the impossible corner they've written themselves into. I'll know if the rest of s2 is worth watching based on that alone. I will not tolerate some flashback world building episode or any other nonsense that shies away from the ending of s1
What if we never go back to mark and hilly and it just stays old man frick fest? A carnal carnival of sagging flesh and musty bussy. And we see the downfall of the mega Corp through their outside eyes incidentally. Like news reports from TV they left on when an impromptu geriatric daisy chain starts, volume blaring because he doesn't hear to well anymore.
Then they would have to develop his sexual suppression and we'd have to watch him leave his wife for some wiener he found in work. This way they can balance the two since he's not missing anything by rejecting Turturro's character and there are more stakes. (If it wasn't for woke shit this wouldn't be a problem of course)
It will probably do something moronic like have them all working back in the office like nothing happened. This is evidenced by the elevator chime going off at the very end of the season finale.
They could do something cool with Lumon trying to wipe the innies memories, but it ending up backfiring and them remembering everything anyway, slowly through various clues.
He's still one of the high points of the show. It was ridiculous how the gay old characters were praised and not one of the few imposing actors in the show.
The show is already shit, you can't just copy a single black mirror episode and try to make an entire season out of it, it ended up being hollow and boring like watching paint dry.
They got a reality check and probably will cancel the show or end it on season 2
What kind of moronic viral marketer logic is this? Did you miss the shitshow because you couldn't deek your eye from your phone the entire season or you're just pretending to be moronic?
Whatever you say zommie, those "words to use to discredit legit criticism" you use at your callcenter are old, imagine using "cope" unironically.
Kys, I could be your grandpa, homosexual
This. The premise is great, the setup is interesting enough, but then it feels like nothing throughout, I didn't even finish the season and don't intend to watch more. It's a shame because this could be good. I don't know how much of it is meant to be sci-fi or just lynchian surrealism, just not that interesting.
it already was pozzed. more than half the cast is mutts or 'others'. but they did a good job anyway. actually, fat mystery meat office guy is my favorite character next to creepily happy security muscle and my fox face waifu
Shame they just don't make more "HBO miniseries" type shows. Not all shows need multiple seasons.
It's hardly like they finished the story.

name one show from the past ten years where the second season wasnt shit
I think Hannibal and The Americans sneak in there with 2013 starts.
Succession season 2 was better than season 1.
Succession was shit in all seasons
Better Call Saul, Narcos
BCS Season 2 was awful
daredevil
peaky blinders
better call saul
last kingdom
the expanse
blinders
Was never NOT shit.
checked but changes r u r still an angry roicist m80
Fortitude
Billions
fortitude shits the bed with the humiliation ritual that they made it in the four episode third season.
So not the second season?
The leftovers
Foundation
Strange New Worlds
That's all I've watched in the past couple years but the second seasons are at least watchable.
>Foundation
>Show where they changed all the white male scientists to sheboons
>Good
Lol ok
He said S2 was better than S1 which is true. He didn't say it was good. Also you must be mixing shows up because Foundation didn't do that.
The Boys. Ash vs Evil Dead.
>Ash vs Evil Dead.
From what I remember season 2 was done by a different show runner and universally everyone said the quality went down.
It did somewhat. It was still good. The Boys wasnt
Slow Horses
the Capture

Expect Irving flashbacks
s02e01 will open with a continuation of the silly ass homosexual romance. Mark's situation will not be addressed at all until episode 2.

I'll never forgive them for not having the balls to have walkens outie have a wife instead of a husband

episode 1 is the last episode of season 1, Stiller convinced the studio to leave it on the cliffhanger so they did

No thats not interesting at all. That's just resetting everything and making season 1 almost pointless except the main guy sorta knows whats up.
Just give us more kino like this.
chad cinematography enjoyer
>physically fit black antagonist, competency level: high
Yep, this is an apple show
>competency level: high
Were we watching the same show? He's personally responsible for what happens in the finale.
He's still one of the high points of the show. It was ridiculous how the gay old characters were praised and not one of the few imposing actors in the show.
Milchik's incompetence allowed the innies to enact their plan, and he was reduced to literally begging by the end.
Milchik is a middleman bureaucratic villain
Watch the show before writing moronic posts
yes
its going to be another westworld
The show is already shit, you can't just copy a single black mirror episode and try to make an entire season out of it, it ended up being hollow and boring like watching paint dry.

cope, get out zoomer this is a Big Millennial wiener board. We frick your women

will it be like the first
I just wanna know when the frick it's dropping.
Strong LOST vibes even in the first season.
Basically the first season was a car driving off a cliff. It can either make a sick jump, or nose dives into a garbage pile.
Only saving grace is if the next season is a new cast in a different location with different rest subjects.
Haha i don't care, i'm gonna enjoy it just to spite you
Ben Stiller is a control-freak. There's a chance he won't let 'em pozz it up.
it already was pozzed. more than half the cast is mutts or 'others'. but they did a good job anyway. actually, fat mystery meat office guy is my favorite character next to creepily happy security muscle and my fox face waifu
I'm really worried with how bad a lot of the Apple shows are. S1 was the best season of TV I've seen since Mad Men 6.
What kind of you are YOU?
Man Severance is so fricking good. I recently rewatched season 1 and love catching all the small nods the 2nd go around. Season 2 when?
When you grow out of anime
Hopefully soon.
And put your pacifier back in your mouth
It's not allowed to be shit, I'm way too hyped about it. I can't fricking wait.
possibly. we dont know yet
appletv have been consistently good with their 2nd seasons
no reason to believe this will be any different
