The people who are in the Amazing Digital Circus don't remember their names, and seem to have a hazy recollection of their life beforehand.
What I'm wondering is how much they actually remember, how they are certain that they actually ever were human, and if they remember just enough to make them feel that whatever life they had before has to be better than the circus they are currently trapped in.
Caine said the only thing he’s not able to control is the characters’ free will, so that probably clues them into being human, or there being more outside of the digital circus, unlike Caine. Which makes me wonder, does he not have free will? Is he obeying some higher entity?

It’s only randomized if the person in the instance doesn’t care like Pomni, I assume if they come up with a name themselves it’s fine. For instance Jax isn’t the same length as Pomni, nor is it a pun like Ragatha, it’s just a name. The only other character we know of who probably got a random name for not caring was Zooble

I feel like the fish has some importance but not really sure what exactly that is, like maybe it's where his voice comes from (not that that really matters with characters like Kinger for example) though it would give funny reason for Jax to be a dick and grab the fish and toss it any chance he could get

Broke down and finally saw it. Wish certain characters had better designs. The circus ring leader, the chess king with eye balls, the chesire cat smiling dude, the girl made of blocks and triangles have atrocious character designs. Only the masked ribbon dude, the main jester girl, and the doll girl have decent designs. The show seems amusing but it really needs better character designs if they expect people to stay invested long term.
He looks awful. Like a combination of the Chesire Cat from Alice in Wonderland and Slenderman. That's a bad design. And he's also not likable. Wanted him beaten up by the clown berserk monster instead of the doll girl.

ADC is nowhere near how bad IHNMAIMS is for the humans in that story, considering they are actively being tortured by AM. The situation the characters in ADC find themselves is infinitely preferable to that of I Have No Mouth, it's not even that bad in general beyond being trapped in a weird place with no hope for escape. The most they have to worry about is overwhelming boredom and monotiny in the Circus and trying not to lose their sense of self and Abstracting. It's quite managable all things considered.
How much more awful would she make the Digital Circus for everyone?

It's only a Pilot and there won't be more episodes until Season 1 of Murder Drones wraps up, which will take lile another 6 months. After that they'll have to start production for Amazing Digital Circus, so it will be a while. Discussion for ADC will die down eventually while the next two Murder Drones episodes are released, because there's not much tontalk about for a single pilot episode when all coombrain posting and plot discussion have been exhausted.
Glitch produces both Murder Drones and Amazing Digital Circus. They are not directly related, they are made by two different creators. Liam Vickers for Murder Drones, Gooseworx for Amazing Digital Circus. GLITCH has been producing Murder Drones over this last year, and made the ADC Pilot in collaboration with Gooseworx in order to make that a full show too. We don't know if Amazing Digital Circus is going to be a multi-season show, or whether it's going to be a short series of single-digit episodes. Murder Drones was promoted as Season 1, so that will apparently have a second season due to its success.

I wouldn't say the pilot is terrible, honestly. I enjoyed it, the good elements of the pilot make up for the cringey meta-humor and dialogue. The visuals, music, characters and worldbuilding of the setting it sets up more than makes up for the flaws in my opinion. I don't get how people are so adamant on Cinemaphile on shitting on it just because of the dialogue when it does a lot of other things well.
At the very least, the show DOES get much better after the Pilot when it gets into the proper story and drops the questionable humor.

It's a sci-fi eldritch horror story with comedy elements created by Liam Vickers, the guy that made the Cliffside pilot and the Internecion Cube animated series that didn't get finished before Glitch took him on to create Murder Drones. Like usual they're just testing the waters. The views are already amazing not even a week in so they have that, and I'm expecting all the Pomni and Jax plushies are on their way to selling out.
Glitch can only produce one show at a time, and Murder Drones is the older show. Considering Glitch's growth, by the time ADC actually comes out as a show there will be a lot more viewers. The viewers for Murder Drones also contributed a big number to the initial views of the ADC pilot, there's no reason to assume that Glitch's viewers won't watch both MD and ADC. Since Glitch can only make one at a time, while ADC is getting episodes actively made for it Murder Drones will be on hiatus to wait for the ADC episodes to conclude before Season 2 can start - so MD's viewers will likely be watching ADC. That's how I think it's going to be anyway, it's nof really possible to tell right now. I like both, so I'm glad both are doing really well. They deserve the popularity.

So from what I know of this show it's suppose to be a psychological horror with comedy elements tossed in. Kind of like courage the cowardly dog I guess. But since it's a psychological horror I'm going to make a prediction and say that none of the Human characters are real. And by that I mean that the headset didn't pull them into the digital world, it scanned their minds and made a copy of them that it shoved into the digital circus.
I say this just because I figured that would be one of the biggest mind fricks you could dump on a character. Someone trying to escape to get back to the real world only to find out that they're not even the person they thought they were but instead a copy and they can never go back to the life that was never really their's to begin with since they don't even have a body to get into the real world. Believing that they were fighting every day to hold on to what little of themselves was left in a digital prison only to realize everything that you thought was you was just a copy of someone else.
then again that might be a bit of a darker tone then the show is going for but on the other hand it has only been one episode so who knows if it's going to get darker or not.

The Digital Circus is actually an experimental therapy tool to help them get over their various mental conditions. They must be driven to the edge of insanity so they can rebuild and become functional again

It’s a cat, but a mix of the long cat meme and the cat playing piano. He’s in charge of the music for the show, so that’s why he’s barely seen in general. While also tasked with making songs, he also has bells on his neck and tail which constantly makes noise. He’s kinda tormented by it and longs for some silence.
How about the piano is on the side of the cat, and each time he rolls/fold itself to a sleeping position it presses some of the keys. Thus the cat can’t even pretend to sleep?

The people who are in the Amazing Digital Circus don't remember their names, and seem to have a hazy recollection of their life beforehand.
What I'm wondering is how much they actually remember, how they are certain that they actually ever were human, and if they remember just enough to make them feel that whatever life they had before has to be better than the circus they are currently trapped in.
They seem to retain some of their memories, remember what Kinger said at the end, felt like a massive clue to hid past.
Caine said the only thing he’s not able to control is the characters’ free will, so that probably clues them into being human, or there being more outside of the digital circus, unlike Caine. Which makes me wonder, does he not have free will? Is he obeying some higher entity?

Caine generally gives randomized names to new performers (unless the abducted scared human had the wherewithal to come up with something upon the harrowing realization that they can't remember their own name) and they tend to be a bit out there. Look at some of the existing ones:

The circus ring leader, the chess king with eye balls, the chesire cat smiling dude, the girl made of blocks and triangles have atrocious character designs. The show seems amusing but it really needs better character designs if they expect people to stay invested long term.

ADC is nowhere near how bad IHNMAIMS is for the humans in that story, considering they are actively being tortured by AM. The situation the characters in ADC find themselves is infinitely preferable to that of I Have No Mouth, it's not even that bad in general beyond being trapped in a weird place with no hope for escape. The most they have to worry about is overwhelming boredom and monotiny in the Circus and trying not to lose their sense of self and Abstracting. It's quite managable all things considered.
Cyn/The Absolute Solver breaking into the Circus WOULD make it a nightmare on the level of I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream, except The Absolute Solver isn't bogged down by its own overwhelming hatred like AM is, and is instead just a cruel eldritch abomination that wants to consume everything. After that they'll have to start production for Amazing Digital Circus, so it will be a while. Discussion for ADC will die down eventually while the next two Murder Drones episodes are released, because there's not much tontalk about for a single pilot episode when all coombrain posting and plot discussion have been exhausted.

Glitch produces both Murder Drones and Amazing Digital Circus. They are not directly related, they are made by two different creators. Liam Vickers for Murder Drones, Gooseworx for Amazing Digital Circus. GLITCH has been producing Murder Drones over this last year, and made the ADC Pilot in collaboration with Gooseworx in order to make that a full show too. We don't know if Amazing Digital Circus is going to be a multi-season show, or whether it's going to be a short series of single-digit episodes. Murder Drones was promoted as Season 1, so that will apparently have a second season due to its success.

The visuals, music, characters and worldbuilding of the setting it sets up more than makes up for the flaws in my opinion. I don't get how people are so adamant on Cinemaphile on shitting on it just because of the dialogue when it does a lot of other things well.

Like usual they're just testing the waters. The views are already amazing not even a week in so they have that, and I'm expecting all the Pomni and Jax plushies are on their way to selling out.

Glitch can only produce one show at a time, and Murder Drones is the older show. Considering Glitch's growth, by the time ADC actually comes out as a show there will be a lot more viewers. The viewers for Murder Drones also contributed a big number to the initial views of the ADC pilot, there's no reason to assume that Glitch's viewers won't watch both MD and ADC. Since Glitch can only make one at a time, while ADC is getting episodes actively made for it Murder Drones will be on hiatus to wait for the ADC episodes to conclude before Season 2 can start - so MD's viewers will likely be watching ADC. That's how I think it's going to be anyway, it's nof really possible to tell right now. I like both, so I'm glad both are doing really well. They deserve the popularity.
Note that last year they hang Murder Drones to finish Meta Runner (season 3), so good chance that it would also be the case this year
the fandom's in it's "omfg look at this" phase right now
and then it'll cool down into "waiting for the next episode" as the hype train slows down
in a few months, goose will probably post a few screenies from the second episode when it's close to finishing, and then maybe these threads will start to come back after they die off, then exploding when the second episode releases

Right now the team is only big enough to produce one show at a time, and we will presumably see what their production plan for Amazing Digital Circus is after Murder Drones finishes its Season 1 finale.

So from what I know of this show it's suppose to be a psychological horror with comedy elements tossed in. Kind of like courage the cowardly dog I guess. But since it's a psychological horror I'm going to make a prediction and say that none of the Human characters are real. And by that I mean that the headset didn't pull them into the digital world, it scanned their minds and made a copy of them that it shoved into the digital circus.
I say this just because I figured that would be one of the biggest mind fricks you could dump on a character. Someone trying to escape to get back to the real world only to find out that they're not even the person they thought they were but instead a copy and they can never go back to the life that was never really their's to begin with since they don't even have a body to get into the real world. Believing that they were fighting every day to hold on to what little of themselves was left in a digital prison only to realize everything that you thought was you was just a copy of someone else.
then again that might be a bit of a darker tone then the show is going for but on the other hand it has only been one episode so who knows if it's going to get darker or not.

With Caine nowhere in sight, the main characters decide to break the mask because they rather have Gangle being a depressed mess than an annoying c**t.
Punchline:
Turns out comedy mask Gangle is the butthole and that's why no one cares when Jax stepped on it.

all I got to say is I'm just happy that the dark ocean for Digimon Adventures 02 finally got a new gig after being dropped and abandoned so abruptly. Haven't heard anything about them for years and now they're back in the opening act of digital circus. Hope this one works out better for them
