After thinking about all the fun times she's had with Kinger and Gangle and Zooble too, Ragatha, Jax and even Bubble woohoo, she makes the choice to stay and undo everyone in the basement.
The final shot is everyone sitting at the last supper table (only there's far more people now) as the camera slowly zooms in on Pomni's face. She smiles.
In the end, the real Circus was the friends we made along the way.
