We know absolutely nothing about Gaslight District, and Glitch only said they're involved with the project and we don't know if they're not fully producing it with the guy taken on as a showrunner. It all depends on whether Gaslight District is in the pipeline after TADC's one and only season, if it is you may be right. If not, they might switch production back to a second season of MD.
If TADC makes LODES E MONE they could get some more animators at the studio. Have kevin teach them all how to animate and tada, pipeline flows smoother.
