I don't think Brave and the Bold is happening anymore. There's no way they'd release two Bat flicks in 2026 or even beyond that. Pat would be like 40 by the time it comes out. He would look no different from another 40 year old playing Bat Dad.
Since I don't follow cape movies that much anymore I need some explanations on this general direction.
What the frick is DC doing?
They clearly tried to copy the Marvel formula but they barely manage to make two consecutive movies out of anything.
The only one that kinda worked was wonderwoman for some reason. Everything else seems like one big shitshow.
There has to be some explanation besides general incompetence.

Peacemaker Season 2 is set after the events of Gunn's Superman. The main plot points of season 1 happened, Peacemaker heals up from the Squad's mission, returns home, meets Vigilante, finds out about the butterflies, etc. Just the Justice League that shows up at the end isn't the DCEU one, but Gunn's JL. It might even be the same setup of Flash, Supes, WW, Aquaman, etc, or they might change up who shows. Or they just come out and it's all a dream, or MK is canon and he comes out of a portal from Outworld into the Gunnverse, so it becomes canon to Peacemaker, but not the rest of the verse.
We don't know what Gunn is cooking up but it seems like the DCU is meant to be a fresh start to be able a make a bunch of loosely connected movies and shows that just so happen to be in the same universe. No clue how the Reeves Bat flicks fit into this plan but I'm pretty sure they're just going to be folded into the DCU at this rate.

Anon he was cast in 2019 and signed up for a trilogy. The second movie isn't coming out until 2026. That's basically 10 years as Batman.
