Can someone explain why the new show is about Frasier and his son having a bad relationship when they in no way have a bad relationship and nothing has happened that would make them have a bad relationship?

As much as it is due to the writing it is to the ensemble’s ability to shift between the farcical and grave emotional earnestness completely effortlessly
It's better than I expected, but it doesn't hold a candle to Classic Frasier
Weak by Frasier standards, quite good by modern standards, average by 90s standards.
Frazier does actually act like Frazier on the whole but the rest of the cast is dire. Freddy is just the fricking worst.
