Anne is carried by her crew (most likely Shanks since his crew takes in weaker ones). Marcy joins the WG, best hope is to join Smoker but could get lucky and train under Garp. Sasha joins Blackbeard as one of his girls. Hard to guess how well they'd do cause OP power scaling is super inconsistent.
If they still have calamity powers it varies. At max they'd generally stomp outside of certain hax fruits. Sub max (like when Anne fought Andrias) they'd be above average. Even with certain feats like Anne kicking that robot into the stratosphere, they'd probably still get thrashed by higher level crews due to them being better fighters. No calamity hax, well they'd better learn haki fast. Even with calamity power, haki knowledge eill be necessary against certain logias
Now lets imagine that instead of generic superpowers they eat a fruit akin to their calamity gem and it actually works as it features. Sasha's will be the strongest fruit. Marcy's is just vegapunk's. What would Anne's fruit be?
Calamity trio at the end of the series is at least moon level and Anne being the only one at planet level. They will literally steamrolled through One Piece verse easily.

Anne needed to go full sacrificial suicide route to stop the moon(White Anne). The Calamity Trio is not quite moon level.
Calamity trio at the end of the show are moon level, Sasha and Marcy had only just gotten used to their new form (not even one episode, literally in less than 10 minutes) and even then they still managed to push back the core moon. Anne is definitely planet level.
If Amphibia was a shounen Anime they would have a training arc to unlock more of their potential power. But Amphibia skipped that part and immediately jumped straight to fight the end game boss unprepared. Imagine early soul society arc Ichigo going against Aizen fused with the hogyoku, this is what the equivalent of it, unironically ichigo did used the same tactic as Anne to defeat Aizen, where he become zangetsu himself which in the end sacrifices his own shinigami power.
this is actually why most resolutions in cartoons feel rushed and unimaginative, there is no build up for anything. Aang vs Fire Lord and S5 Samurai Jack comes to mind.
It doesn't really bothers me that much because Amphibia is not really a battle shonen anime, you can count the number of fight scenes throughout the show with your two hand despite the show has around 60 episodes
