No charges. You're free to go, sir.
Coming back from Mexico.
Being shady as hell
being a whitoid in 2023
The charges, SHIfTTERs?
>all my illegal shit is packed away in a truck! you can't arrest me!
This meme is so fricking stupid. He blatantly kills multiple people in every film after kidnapping them and even places them under duress to kill other people (for example the one with the cheating girl and the saws). Even Saul Goodman couldn't defend John Kramer and I doubt any of you could actually put forth a legitimate defence that would absolve him of guilt before anyone let alone a jury.
>pleads insanity in your path
That just means he's spend the rest of his life in a looney bin instead of jail
While probably still better than actual prison, I think people who have never been to a looney bin think it's some comfy experience.
It's real fun when some moron down the hall screams his lungs out at all hours of the night and some crazy b***h smears shit all over the walls. Well, maybe it'll stop bothering a person as they're slowly being chemically lobotomized.
Are you trapped in '72 or something?
Its nothing like that anymore. I was in the looney bin for a few years after a mental breakdown and it was awful but in a completely different way. My breakdown was due to being on the internet too much I guess. I started to have strange ideas and I blame partly Cinemaphile for it. Anyway the experience was awful, because every night around 3. AM some of the workers there dressed up as farmers with yellow facepaint and came in and did unspeakable things to me. I guess they must have gotten my file from one of the doctors. Traumatic but also cathartic in a way. A toast to psychiatric care.
>every night around 3. AM some of the workers there dressed up as farmers with yellow facepaint and came in and did unspeakable things to me.
What?
He doesn't qualify for the insanity plea. Also he would just be put in the psych ward of a prison for life.
He wouldn't even be put in a real prison he's dying he'd just spend the rest of his life in a fricking hospital at best. No matter what the charges are, guilty or not, he's not spending a single day in the slammer. He wins either way
Uh, no. That's not how it works in the US.
Only benefit of pleading insanity is that you won’t receive the death penalty. A stage 4 cancer patient would probably want to die
That's the "joke"
There are no witnesses linking him to the crime or forensic evidence, the prosecutor would actually have a difficult time taking this case. My girlfriend is a lawyer and she says that she would represent Jigsaw for free just because it would be a slam dunk case with massive publicity
your gf is a freshman slam pig that sucks off her professors for passing grades
I'm literally a partnered lawyer. You have no idea what you're talking about. There is nothing they could even charge him with in the state of Florida, much less that a jury would find him guilty of.
Obvious troll
Ok, even if you take away the deaths how do you explain the kidnappings and the traps that result in one mandatory death
He was a cancer-ridden old man. His apprentices were the ones who are responsible for the kidnappings. This also means he wasn't responsible for the murders.
>accepts the thrust of my main argument and resorts to secondary charges
We're winning this trial, jigbros. Kidnapping charges lmfaooooo my boy walks in 3 months
Considering Saw is set in NJ, isn't looking too good for him. Small things like the shotgun trap are definitely illegal too
Amanda, Detective Hoffman, Dr. Gordon, and the guy from the Jigsaw movie were the ones guilty of kidnapping.
John Kramer himself kidnapped MAYBE 1 person and that was Cecil when he killed his unborn son.
>MAYBE 1 person
>kidnapping is legal if you only do it once
No Mens Rea/intent to murder, he wanted them to live and gave them everything needed to escape. In fact, he wanted them to prosper after they escape.
>t. christcuck
>t.hook nose
I denounce the Talmud AND the Bible. Can you say the same?
>wanted me to prosper after escaping
>had to cut off foot to escape
>men's netball career is ruined
how can I prosper under these conditions?
All he has to say is
>"Wasn't me"
Can you prove it was? Didn't think so sweetie 🙂
former retired judge here. legally, there's nothing that we see on film that can really be grounds for prosecution. unless there's some parking violations or broken tail lights I missed, legally, we're powerless to stop him or even grant a warrant, seeing as how building contraptions and giving people choices to use them doesn't violate any written law I can think of. however, I find his actions morally apprehensible, as he indirectly caused the deaths of tens of people by giving them the choice between life and death and then suicidally they chose death. actually aiding in suicide might be a crime. I'll have my people look into it
>for example the one with the cheating girl and the saws
but it wasn't him...
only real charge (apart from hiding corpses) was hiding the information that Hoffman killed for the first time
Supreme court judge here. Literally impossible to stick any charges on the guy due to only being a 3rd party to the manslaughters. Thank god this was only a movie and not real.
Former Professional Dog Rapist here
Jiggy walks on all counts, I'm saying this from experience
I think when one of the SCOTUS judges posted on here about it they said the most he could be charged with is moving someone from one location to another. Literally nothing else would stick and he'd walk no problem.
There's no evidence :^)
>He blatantly kills multiple people in every film
Factually wrong. It's a plot point that he gives them a choice to live.
>after kidnapping them
Show me 1 (ONE, UNO) instance in any of the movies in which ANY of the people states that they don't want to be kidnapped. I'll wait.
>new trailer shows him subjecting his surgery staff to games
So they just threw that whole "I make people appreciate life" thing in the fricking dumpster.
They scammed him anon. They took his money, drugged him up, and ran. The only difference between them and the other victims is it's personal
Yeah, that worked out so well for Manson
Kidnapping and murder
mind your own schabusiness
>the charges Monad?
The israelites worshiped Crash Bandicoot?
They were made for the Big Bandiwiener
Being one of the most forced memes on this board.
(Open up, man) What do you want, Amanda?
(The cops just caught me) You let them catch you?
(I don't know how I let this happen) With who?
(The guy with the bear trap, you know) Man
(I don't know what to do) Say it wasn't you
(Alright)
Popo came in and they caught me red-handed
Cleaning up the guts next door
Picture this, had some dude butt-naked
Bleeding on the bathroom floor
How could I forget that I had
Left out the Billy CD
All this time they were standing there
Seeing me dressed like a piggy
Construction without a permit. Building a workshop and laboratory without an eyewash station and emergency shower. And tax fraud.
Loitering and trespassing, you don't own these warehouses so go one and get out of here before we call your parents
NYPD sex crimes detective here, I'm afraid if they can't lift his cum, he's walking.
Everyone is missing the actual reason prosecuting him would be impossible. He dead....
>He dead....

I want to say, meds?
>conspiracy to kidnap pepole
>kidnaping
>endangerment
>tresspassing
>drug possession
>homicide by negligence
>inadequate dissposal of medical waste
>tax evasion, as all the shit he bought has to be concealed
i forgot assault, probably attempt of murder, as he stabbed that cop in the neck with the asscreed hidden blade.
You literally can't prove any of this
>HURR BUT IT IN MOVIE!
Yeah try saying that in court champ
they always get you for tax evasion, even if you din't actually did it, so, lets just leave that one in.
all of those terrible sequels
Billy looks like THAT?
Being so frickin cute!
>But officer, I'm a sovereign citizen.

says the lawyer attacking the reputation of a dying man?
>at no point did jigsaw interfere with youthful slumber
hes probably the only slasher villain who does his killing legally. remember, the blind homie in that one movie also raped that girl with his cum injector, so jiggy is literally the only legal slasher
Dropping the Heart of the Ocean off the side of the boat, you evil hag c**t!
>Hello Random Guy. I've drugged you and placed you in a room with a known crazy b***h whose face will be ripped apart by a nightmarish mechanical contraption unless she can find the key to unlock it. I've hidden said key in your stomach and have provided her with a scalpel. I've also told her that you're already dead. There's nothing you can do to fight back. Live or die, make your choice.
this is self defense he ate the key to the machine that would kill her. he made the hubrishously errorous mistake of falling asleep in front of her
He's smiling though I don't see the issue
>BELIEVE ME YOUR HONOUR, THIS BEDRIDDEN GRANDPA SUFFERING FROM TERMINAL BRAIN CANCER IS ACTUALLY THE NOTORIOUS SERIAL KILLER KNOWN AS JIGSAW.
you have to be utterly moronic to think you have chance at getting him. Trust me I went to Law, this film has been meticulously checked from every angle. You have a long, hard case that might span decades without any breakthrough, there is also very serious chances of getting wide spread condemnation from AARP, UICC and many other institutions. Let's say you are insane enough to go through with this, at worst he gets 3 weeks of medical evaluation in a safe and controlled environment and maybe 40-50 hours of communal services, that's it.
my brother is in law school. he actually said that during one slow day his teacher wheeled out a CRT television and played the saw franchise start to finish, instructing the pupils to take notes. at the end he asked anyone who thought they had a good case against jigsaw to explain themselves. anyone who said anything was instantly failed. it was awesome
And then the whole class clapped
Conspiracy to commit mass murder
Kidnapping, attempted murder, murder, manslaughter, conspiracy to commit murder, assault and battery, theft, breaking and entering.
Where’s you evidence? Jigsaw should sue you for libel.
All these accusations and no proof
Sad, many such cases
this was already refuted ITT
the only thing I've seen that we can nail him on is his flagrant building code violations and medicare fraud
Who did he murder? These false doctors all have fake names and facilities. You don't even have a case.
Saw X doesn't even happen in the US, so its impossible to investigate
you are a suspect in a mass murder
the prosecutor, judge and jury will decide over your involvement
