Albanian dubs are for the most part illegally produced, especially the DTVA ones (which aren't even common nowadays), its obvious this wouldn't even be possible to pull off as it hasnt seen its US release yet. And the fact OP has yet to provide literally any substantial proof makes this clear: because they just decided to fake the opening theme and called it a day.
