Tom Holland already said he wants to move on from Spider-man. I don't think it'd be a good idea to build a saga with him in it. Ryan Reynolds is pretty old too. He's gonna be like 60 by the time Secret Wars drops. Not to mention none of these characters are that compelling. Holland is nearly 30 years old but his Spiderman still feels like he's some teenager. He has no presence or standing. The Black person Captain America is whack as frick. There is nobody in the MCU right now worth giving a frick about. They have nobody that can replace the original Captain America or Iron Man.
