Use the exact same setup, but Keenan starts saying sexual innuendos in his interview and have Bevis and Butthead struggling not to laugh, basically like the sex ed scene. Instead of just having them say "I dont know what you are talking about"
Its the same concept of the sketch, but gives Keenan a way to expose and B&B a way to conceal, rather than just blatantly saying " yes you are, no im not".
