Not really. Elliot had a bunch of guys coming on to her and made the female staff seethe at her for not being dumpy looking, but I don't remember the show really making that a point about Carla. Cox liked her and there was that one episode with her and JD but Carla was the only one with "frick you I look good" lines I think
