The Joker breaks the rules and he becomes Cinemaphile's hero.
Cruella does it and she become the enemy.
That doesn't seem fair.

Her character insisted upon itself
Both are cringe
>AIEEE, DALMATIANS KILLED MY MOM, AND THOSE 101 DALMATIANS ARE THE SECRET DESCENDENTS OF THE DALMATIANS THAT KILLED THEM.
Yet another israeli allegory in disney cinema
Her name is literally Cruel Devil and her goal is to murder over 100 puppies and wear their skin. Trying to make her a sympathetic character was fricking stupid.
Joker on the other hand is just a guy with a weird laugh that dresses up as a clown and other than that pretty much a blank slate.
Should have showed her butthole in the film
This movie came out when I was working at an AMC and there’s like 5 different instances where Emma Stone goes “Estella (her real name) isn’t able to accomplish this task, but I think I know someone who can…”
huh?
?t=45
b***h gets a fricking song written about her. Joker doesn't have a song.
There everything's even now.
Roger is the perfect husband.
Do you not remember the scene where she was a woman?
>Cinemaphile hates her because she's a woman
Yup, as expected.
too much mary sue energy for cruella to feel relatable and someone you'd want to root for. emma stone always does well with these style of writing/dialogue but it definitely doesn't make the character personable.
Who said she was supposed to be relatable?
>why didn't she resonate with audiences?
>who said she was supposed to be relatable?
>titular character of an origin story who was previously known as the antagonist
>entire point of the movie is to make the audience reconceive their notions of the character as something that isn't a one-dimensional bad guy
are you fricking moronic?
NTA but yes he is
She is rich and hates puppies. Joker is just a poor guy having a good(bad) time
Her hair naturally being dual toned might be the dumbest movie decision I've ever seen
Joker was prescient.
>The Joker breaks the rules and he becomes Cinemaphile's hero.
>Cruella does the same shit and wonders why everyone sees her as a ripoff
The Joker is just a story about white privilege.
and Cruella is still a lame attempt by Disney to rip it off.
>bf replies back to my text too quickly
>frick his married brother
IT'S A HARD KNOCK LIFE FOR US
>take boyfriend to drag show
>spend entire time emasculating him
>"Even that fairy on stage has a bigger wiener than you, babe"
>he gets mad and leaves
>frick his dog in revenge
WHEN YOU GROW A PAIR YOU CAN CALL ME BACK
yikes dude.
It truly is summer.
>Wanna know how I got this coat?
>Kill one pit bull mauling a child nobody panics But you kill 101 dalmatian puppies EVEYONE LOSES THEIR MINDS.
It was 99 puppies, and two adults.
autist
I still think about the dalmatian kicking the woman into the cliff, to me that's cinema
one film is good and the other is shit, is that hard to understand chud?
Agreed, Cruella was pretty great.
>Boyfriend briefly makes eye contact with a woman on the street
>immediately start smashing their faces together while screaming "now kiss!" until they die
SOMEDAY YOU WILL ACHE LIKE I ACHE
>bf sends me an emoji
>this gives me the ick
>cut his brake line
SARAH
YOU'RE THE POET IN MY HEART
NEVER CHANGE
AND DON'T YOU EVER STOP
>mfw waiting for her to come home from another bad date
>boyfriend still "grieving" (blaming me for) the death of his b***h dog yesterday
>watching some dumb sportsball game with his "friends"
>asks me what I think of the game, like I'm even paying attention
>tell him, "I don't have a dog in this fight"
>see him fight back tears
>nut tap his roommate on the way out
TONIGHT ILL FIGHT TILL I SEE THE SUNLIGHT
God damn she was hot in this.
Truth. I don't find Emma Stone that attractive normally but in this movie she had my full attention.
This is the Cruella for me.
isnt that the emporers new groove
101 Dalmatian Street, a criminally underrated show.
Why is it that when adults say a kids show is underated its because they have some sort of wierd fetish. I bet you frick dogs irl, and are obsessed with "innocence"
What weird fetish is in that clip?
Just a feeling I get man. Like with the mlp shit, or powerpuff girls and other shit like that. It is not made for you and not in a protective way, as in you are not allowed to enjoy good things. It is not made for you as in it makes no sense that you receive stimulation from watching it. Like the toddler learn to count videos.
Joker's frickable
Cruella isn't
I beg to differ.
Would.
she looks like she smells horrible.
Pungent, maybe, but not unpleasant.
>turtleshell eyeglasses
And she works for a fashion designer?
Shame Disney wouldn't let her smoke. Kind of a big thing to take away from the character. Emma Stone was game to smoke for it, too.
I'm not into armpits. But I look at this pic, and I get it.
My sister suggested this movie to watch with the family at Christmas because she said it was good, but I scoffed and pulled a face. Recently I was looking for movies with a "punk" aesthetic and this was suggested. So I thought i'd give it a shot.
It's a great movie! I really enjoyed it. Both story and style wise. You don't even really need to even connect it with the 101 Dalmatians... which is the main thing that put me off it in the first place. Nevertheless the next time I saw my sister, I apologized for scoffing at her suggestion. It's always good to do the right thing and apologize.
Joker is an almost revolutionary FILM in that it shows a white guy at the short end of the oppression stick, victimized by his mother and trapped by guilt and good manners. It went against the Larry Fink narrative and paid the price in full, with a full Disney shill counter shilling campaign that looked as expensive as the marketing for a Star Wars movie. Even on /teevee/ disney shills spammed the board 24/7 for months on end, seething around the clock. I've never seen anything like that. Joker was the last counterculture movie we've seen
Cruella was just a Disney ripoff without any of the cultural impact, just a chinese knockoff that didn't even commit to make Cruella a real villain. Terrible movie all around
>Character wants to make a puppy skin coat
>Make her into a sympathetic anti hero
Its really bizarre. I guess all women care about is the black and white color scheme is fashionable.
Killing dogs is based and I'm tired of pretending it's not.
She literally kills puppies
>dad can't afford to buy me a car for my 18th birthday
>bring home a black boyfriend
I'M LOSING MY FAVOURITE GAME
>my mom was pushed off a cliff by dalmations so now i hate dalmations
Her actual origin story. For a woman it makes sense
cruella was never supposed to be cute, she was meant to be a ghastly and evil woman
it is funny though that she couldn't just...buy some dalmatians
it was kino
while it was pretty good overall, the score is what impressed me most
really captures the soul of the movie (it has one)
The only think she broke was my dick.
I love Emma so much.
