The Legend of Tarzan

What does Cinemaphile think of the Disney Tarzan series? Was it the best of the numerous movie sequel shows they made?

Yes, the artists reused the Disney Atlantean racial look because ER Burroughs called Opar a settler colony of Atlantis. I found that clever.

Aladdin, Hercules, and Tarzan all kinda feel like the same show.

The timeline is fricked but Mechanicles was already a thing in Aladdin so it checks out.

would this count as bestiality since the leopardmen were actual leopards just uplifted to have human wieners and nipples?

No, being fanned by leopardmen would not count as bestiality.

It was great. Instead of a sequel, we get more adventures. Thought it was strange that was the first time Tarzan met African people.

It was a great series, and Queen La's trilogy was one of the best Disney's Villains ever.

I have to say, however, it would have been fun if Jane would have kept the power of La for herself because of her possession. It was kinda weird how Jane used the staff in the first episode for her and Tarzan to teleport away. How did she know how to use magic?

Jane looked so much better than La with that outfit.

It's a pity the crossover didn't happen when Hercules was already a hero. The crossover would have been better if the kidnapped ones would have been their wives (Jasmine and Megara).

If that trading post hadn't set up shop near them, you think Jane would have more fully committed to the jungle girl look?

Actually, I would see this more like Marvel's Thor.

Jane would remain herself most of the time (and she will avoid other humans to see her like that), but when truly needed, she would summon her power as Queen Sorceress of the Jungle.

La's cape and sarong are more coverage then the basic jungle girl bikini.

Haven't finished it yet but I enjoyed it. I like the mix of magic and "grounded" plots. One minute Tarzan is fighting dinosaurs and the next he's dealing with a vindictive war general or the apes being mad he's hanging out with Jane.
