A good therapist can be genuinely useful. SSRIs can be too if you’re severe or chronic depressive. Just try and find a therapist that was trained 15+ years ago (most of the recent ones are young women who have fully bought into leftism)

Just make sure it’s not a women. Too many incel morons go to female therapists expecting that it will help their anxiety with women but all it does is get you a shitty therapist. I’d recommend old israelites with phd’s if your insurance will cover it.
Therapists can only help you realize what you are doing to make you the way you are. If you already know what's wrong, but refuse to take the steps to fix it, a therapist isn't going to help you. I suggest this: save your money and just start being honest with yourself.
SSRI's aren't as bad as people make them out to be. Honestly it seems like men have mostly good things to say about them and women complain endlessly about the "side effects." From my experience with them they work by dulling your emotions so you can slow down and think through your problems. Keep in mind they aren't some miracle drug that will fix your life and make you "normal" but they are a useful tool for people who have low control over their emotions.
