Do u think Doll Hiest Well get leaked
I don’t know.
I hate they changed the actress for Leni between the Christmas movie and the TV show; she's such a cute girl and Leni is my favorite character, so her dressed-up as Leni really made it for me.
Same
That was legit all-world casting, like Cristina Ricci as Wednesday level casting. She was basically the perfect Leni in my opinion. I actually think the excellent casting work they did overall is one of the strongest suits of this adaptation but even then that stood out a little as a particularly good one. Shame she somehow slipped through the cracks between the first movie and the show; I hear she's doing a Disney channel show now.
By the way thanks OP for the heads up on the segment, I really like this BTS promo type stuff. I remember they did these for s1 and I'm glad they're coming out with new ones for s2.
Looked to see what the actress is doing now, she's a main villain in some Disney show, but only has 3ep appearances
What a waste. I'm not sure if they dropped her from Really Loud or if there was other issues. She was easily the best casting choice.
All the characters are pretty much butchered in that show, so I wouldn't really blame the actesses, but the directors and writers.
Care to explain?
All act different than their cartoon counterparts, in a way in which it's somewhat similar to them, but mostly different. Kinda like seeing someone from afar and inferring that they are someone else you know based on the similarities between their general features. Live-action Luna, for example, is a rather stiff "pick me" girl or a "not like all the other girls" girl with a "rocker" coat of paint but a pop-folky approach to music, while cartoon Luna is a spunky and wild true rocker.
Doesn’t she have the former traits in the cartoon as well?
Nah, I wouldn't really say so.
Would the cringe happen to involve Clyde?
its an improvement because cartoon luna is boring
I still want the cast minus Brian to be high scored.
Those kids can't draw worth a shit, but that's kinda cute
I hope they act better than they draw.
Is the live show any good? The animated version makes me cringe. I've watched like 3 or 4 episodes.
I'd say the show is Ned's Declassified/Big Time Rush tier, right around there, but with better characters and higher production values. It's definitely the best live action show Nick's made since then for sure, so by historical standards I'd say it's just decent but by present day standards I'd call it really, really good. Definitely the best live action adaptation of a cartoon since the Dudley Do-Right movie with Brendan Frasier. I feel fortunate as a Loud House guy it's as good as it is honestly since I feel like every other fandom that's recieved a live action adaptation recently has gotten pretty badly burned.
It must be annoying for Lucy's actress to have to wear a blindfold all the time.
>they took away Leni's sandals
Unforgivable
They know what the people crave
Cute promo. Hope they get some other actors to do this. IRL Clincoln next would be nice.
Lola's actress putting out the best is fitting.
Forgot image
>the twins are basically drawing the same character but one picture came out practically completely perfect and the other one is completely horrible
Some kids have it and some don't.
I guess the Lola twin is the superior twin. Just like in the cartoon.
Agreed
Right, because as we all know, twins are exact copies of each other in terms of skill level and abilities. Give me a break, man.
Why are some people so naive?
I practically completely hate frog posters completely so much.
>Lola's actress draws the best out of them
Interesting. Hopefully she takes it up as a hobby and makes something cool someday.
That's so cute. I wonder if they would draw lewds.
Jesus Christ, man, are you even listening to yourself?
>are you even listening to yourself?
Yes, hard and clear. I mean, Louds and clear.
I mean, Louds make me hard. Is that clear?
Ugh. Put it back in your pants, for God’s sake.
>Put it back in your pants, for God’s sake.
God told me to jerk it to cartoon girls, and he speciphically suggested Louds.
Well, Lola's one is a 1rst place; but I'll give extra créditos to Luan with the pose and dat outfit...AND to Lucy with that Sculthz style
>extra créditos
Si vas a postear desde un celular, minimo fijate en el autocorrector.
>extra créditos
EL Hispanic PEDORRO
why is Luan drawing herself wearing a bawd tube top and visible navel?
She knows that she's already a grown up lady.
¡Se me chispoteó!
No me tienen paciencia
Also it depends in where or how is your drawing's space and the technique in mind to proceed.
Damn lola's actually a decent artist, hope she makes some Cinemaphile stuff in the future
Makes sense.
Lucy one has a lot of soul
>Lucy one has a lot of soul
That's what she says
Proof positive drawing is a talent you are born with.
You can develop it. It's just that these kids aren't being taught anything.
They can't even hold a pencil correctly. Fricken' LA culture.
Wouldn't it be the opposite? Since the twins are genetically identical and one's good at it and one's not it shows drawing is a talent you have to cultivate.
This. I agree with professor Henry Higgins.
Sorry, colonel Pickering.
It's a cumulative skill, like reading, writing, or math. Whatever the artistic equivalent of being illiterate is, that's what most people are, unfortunately.
Sorry not everyone wants draw characters from shitty animes and be a cringey """art""" kid like you, homosexual. I bet that way nobody would have bullied you back at school.
Not him but that seems a bit disproportionate, don't you think?
No.
Who exactly on here is a good artist to you?
The frick should I know? I haven't seen the drawings of none of these anons, The only assertion about them I'm willing to make is that they're homosexuals. Now, regarding the actresses, obviously the one who plays Lola.
Yeah, okay pal. Sounds like you're the gay round these parts, pyw if you're so knowledgeable. Lola's actress did draw well though. If she practices she might end up being a very good artist.
Well yes, but like with some other skills, practice can make up for some lack of talent. Not perfectly, but it can help.
It seems clear to me that Lola's actress probably doodles or draw's more often than her twin and maybe has more of an interest in it to do so in some of her spare time, the fact that she recognized the blending tool seems to support this
That's a brainy observation which I guess is pretty appropriate for a lisaposter. You're right Lola's actress' use of the term 'blending' signals at least some passing drawing knowledge, that's kind of a technical term to use.
I like that Lisa actress too by the way. I remember she did a scene in one episode where Lisa had to dress as Leni and she was so happy about getting to wear the Leni outfit she couldn't help from giving this big ass smile. Like her character was supposed to be giving a fake smile but it was so obviously a real smile of unconcealed joy. Made me laugh.
She seems to be having fun.
Oh my god she's so precious.
Just because you're not born with it doesn't mean you cant have it
No, it means exactly that.
Ross is wrong, dude was a pro, he cant say anything he wants
>anything that youre willing to practice, you can do.
No shit, but can you do it well? Or will you end up with 3000 MS Paint images of blueberry inflation over 5 years and never see any improvement.
Everyone had to start from somewhere. I can guarantee you that he had to practice to get to the level he ended up at.
They draw better than some of the drawgays that blight this board.
Are they all zoomers?
Everyone under 29 is a zoomer.
wtf 26 is zoomer?
28 is the last millennial you moron.
>t. coping zoomie
>t. coping zoomie
Coping how? I was born in 2000, moron so I know I'm a zoomer. It's just that you dumb glutenous burgerfats keep changing the generation years. Whatever happened to 1981 to 1996?
Guess all those calories gave your fatass dementia real early lmao.
>Whatever happened to 1981 to 1996?
changed again because american research centres are moronic and inconsistent unlike the superior british research centres. we still use 1995 - 2010 to define gen z/zoomers and always had for over a decade.
lol seething zoomies on god no cap frfr
what the frick is a zoomer?
Live action Lucy's hair should be shorter
>Especially that b***h that butchered Luan.
Basically seen nothing but praise for her, how did she butcher Luan?
Yeah I don't know what he means either. I think the Luan actress does a good job in the role and definitely captures a lot of the subtle manic quality that Luan has in her portrayal, probably because she's an IRL theater kid and seems to channel a lot of herself for that aspect of the character.
The only thing I can think of he might be talking about is that the more subtle vulnerablity Luan has (that to be fair I also personally find highly captivating) isn't as well conveyed compared to the cartoon due to the actress' natural confidence. It's not that TRLH Luan never comes off as insecure, but it's a slightly different type of insecurity if that makes sense. She really is good though, there have been instances as I was watching the show where I remarked to myself she specifically was doing a great job in a scene. I've sometimes contemplated how if Luan existed in real life she'd probably give off a bipolar vibe and the actress nails that, but frankly I'm not sure if that's acting or if it's just the way she really is because she's like that in the BTS stuff I've seen too. Whatever the case I like her performance.
It means live action loud house will put this entire timeline in chaos like MLP g5 and must be cancelled or the apocalypse will happen.
>Premieres were canceled
I wonder if they are actually making season 8 and they're behind schedule, so they have to pad it out more? it seems strange to just change the dates suddenly.
I don’t know, program planners are a strange bunch.
They didn't say when the new ones are coming?
They were supposed to be this week per The Futon Critic.
bloud house movie instead of loch loud its plantation loud, instead of duke loud being a duke he's a plantation owner
Does that mean the BLouds are distant relatives of Lincoln?
ZAMN
Jesus Christ, man, they’re kids!
>they’re kids
They're drawings.
You haven’t been paying attention.
I have. They're drawing 2D versions of the characters they play.
>they’re kids
They're not real, they're drawings.
God I wish I was Wolfgang.
You are way too thirsty, you know that?
Imagine have an older sister like Luna. There would be no more tissues left in the house.
Luna doesn't cry that often
poo poo
>using a cup to draw a circle
Do non drawgays really? I haven't drawn anything in years and I still can draw a perfect circle
I NEED an episode where she wears pic related.
NEED IT
We are not in the Dan Schneider era anymore, Anon. It will not happen.
This thread reeks of kiddy diddlers.
I'm convinced some are false flaggers
The cartoon already has the worst fanbase imaginable and it carried over here
>One of the worst fanbases imaginable
Oh come on now, we're not that bad. What do we do that you haven't seen a thousand times already? Nothing.
Yeah there's real cringe stuff for sure, but it isn't that bad, especially compared to the truly heinous shit that goes on in many anime fandoms
People have done doxxing.
Wasn't that over 5 years ago now?
The whole "collective guilt" thing is moronic anyhow. I hate how internet discourse works exactly the same as politics now. "ALL OF ____ IS BAD BECAUSE A HANDFUL DO _______ SO I HATE THEM". Damn shame.
There was an attempt a few months ago, with Cartoonshi over a video he did hating on ‘The Casagrandes’. And before that, someone went after Morgan McGill, who played Lynn in ‘A Loud House Christmas’.
Ah, that. The precious eceleb.
I don't recall him getting doxxed, saying "there was an attempt" is as good as saying "someone thought about it" on the internet. That's not a good thing to do, but I think his reaction to the whole thing was waaaaay out of proportion. Guy acted like bigger youtubers don't have to deal with that shit on the daily. As for the Lynn actress I don't know as much except for some sperg sending her fetish porn I think?
Ah, I remember, it was cyber libel.
Someone tried doxxing Cartoonshi? The only drama involving him I know of is when he threatened suicide over some hate comments a few months back
bump
I was worried that kids can't draw today, until I noticed they don't even know how to hold a pencil.
What's wrong with parents today? Teach your kids to do basic things!
That's an interesting observation. The twins are using the more standard grip, but Lucy/Luan who are also IRL sisters are using the same pencil grip with no usage of their thumb.
I'm not sure how hindering it is in writing or art to hold it in that fashion.
>pencil grip with no usage of their thumb
I always thought this was something kids do and that you're supposed to grow out of. What are they still doing holding a pencil like that? Or is this an alternate form of pencil holding that's taught in some schools? I remember them being pretty strict on how to write when I was in school.
>I remember them being pretty strict on how to write when I was in school.
NERD
Writing and drawing are different skills, when drawing you move your wrist as little as possible and let your elbow do the motions to avoid injuries so theres nothing wrong with deviation, the way you hold a pencil is more about stability and comfort
I guess that makes sense. I usually hold my pencil the same when writing or drawing but I can see why there are reasons to change up the grip. Still, looking at what they drew, it's clear these girls don't really draw often so they wouldn't have a designated grip for drawing and writing. I'd imagine they'd only have the one for writing so it's weird seeing they probably write like that too.
Right, because if they were spics, they would be grasping the pencil with their entire palm rather than holding it correctly.
I'm Hispanic and when I was a kid I was able to hold pencild perfectly.
Both hands, multiple pencil action.
>because if they were spics, they would be grasping the pencil with their entire palm rather than holding it correctly
we don't do that though
as a matter of fact, it's not until this thread that I found out you could pencils wrong
I dismissed it as burger school thing
It's true kids in Argentina can't hold a pencil
>It's true kids in Argentina can't hold a pencil
>in Argentina
Can they even afford to buy a pencil, bruva?
This live action shit looks cursed
they fricking suck at drawing, why was this video made
They’re kids, give them some slack.
Did you even watch the video? Or at least look at the screenshots?
nah, i only went in first-glance
lookin' at the vid, no they didn't
did they really do that in full cosplay
Que mierda pasa en este hilo? No está hablando de tlh, mejor cierrenlo.
I love Leni!
She's nice, if you're into grannies...
I'd love to make her a granny
Cute and wholesome!
They can't draw, but they seem like charming young ladies.
Cute!
