Reality warping is great but (at least for Stanley) there were pretty obvious range and targeting issues, plus it has time limits, plus it works off rule-of-funny. The worst you could likely manage is to go full Tarrant but with IDDQD, which is pretty bad but there's only so much damage one person can do - even if you kill a person every second 12hrs/day, that's only 43000 per day. And that's assuming the Mask doesnt make you get bored & go do something funnier but less efficiently awful.
