Karen Gillan, she shaved her head for Guardians of the Galaxy but it's not really worth watching for her alone as she's in total body makeup and barely in the movie, if you want to watch her in kino check out Doctor Who, series 5 to 7 (part 1) where she plays Amy Pond, the Doctor's companion. Incidentally it's the perfect place to start the show as it was a soft reboot with Matt Smith taking over as the Doctor and Steven Moffat as showrunner, and is literally the peak era of the entire show.
Eccleston and Tennant were the peak. However I will forgive your mistake since you posted the good stuff.
They were both great Doctors, and I acknowledge that the RTD era was more true to the spirit of what Doctor Who was in its original run, and I loved all of it when it was airing, but I think Matt Smith was better at playing an alien who really didn't understand humanity all that well and was just looking for some companionship, whereas both Ecclescake (to some extent) and Teninch (completely), were made into sex symbols and continued to play on the idea that The Doctor was some kind of romantic love interest, which he definitely wasn't supposed to be.
On top of that I just think 11 had most of the best stories, and the show definitely benefited from the higher production values which occurred simultaneously with the start of his run.
