I'm going to be coy about it but it's the guy that has made a lot of hentai parody based on the og Gundam series. The artist is hard to miss because he captures the OG style really faithfully. Just search up tags relating to the original gundam series and you'll eventually find it.
The doujin in question is one of his earliest works. I also recommend checking out his other parodies because they're pretty hilarious.
