i really enjoy this movie but every time i watch it i'm surprised whenever it gets to the part with the end fight with venom and sandman, for some reason i just always block it out. must be cuz i hate that part. worst part for sure other than the MJ scenes.
favorite spider-man movie tho for sure. 5/5 imo.
Spider-Man 2 > Spider-Man 1 > No Way Home (fanservice hard carried) > Spider-Man 3 > Far From Home (Mysterio illusion scene carried) > Homecoming = Amazing 1 >>>>> Amazing 2
I preferred Homecoming over Far From Home, Mysterio's illusion scene was great but I loved seeing friendly neighborhood Spider-Man at the start of Homecoming and I think the Vulture scenes are better as character moments, the traffic light scene is great. I also liked the yellow jacket aesthetic, how Peter does the final fight in his homemade suit and tells Tony to frick off, the "if this be my destiny" scene would've been fantastic if not for Tony's quote etc.
Far From Home was kind of grey and bleak and uninspiring to me, like it was 90% CGI when they should've banked on Europe aesthetics, and I didn't like the multiverse nonsense and while both are bad I thought Quentin's Tony villain origin was worse than Toomes'. I just prefer grounded NY Spidey, not saying other takes can't be done well but I thought FFH wasn't a standout attempt.
Spider-Man 3 has good moments (I like the talk with Aunt May after Peter "kills" Sandman, I think it's one of the best scenes in the film) but I wouldn't call it good.
at least put a worm on the pole my homie

Never seen this Amazing Spider-Man 2 poster, how strange
Ok now THAT'S contrarian
I was watching this on Freeform earlier today and hearing the main theme almost brought me to tears. Raimi Spider-Man just makes me so happy.
It's shit. You have a shit taste
The best part was when Brock tingled all over Peter.
that’s it, I’m going to bed
I like When Peter starts beating up the that's 70s show kid.

Respectable
I'd put 3 above NWH but otherwise I agree
Yeah thinking about it I might honestly put 3 before NWH, for now let's just say they're equals

I agrée, but I think the first ASM gets too much hate
I overall like it, I just think the pacing makes a lot of parts kinda boring
