I think Moon Girl will be over too since the crew already move on to other projects due to the freeze and the animation strike possibly. Only animators are left, animating the remaining episodes I think but storyboarders and writers left long ago.

They are in the process of making new ones but animation from greenlighting to episode 1 takes time. Which is why we're getting the P&P continuation as they needed something that they could start on right away.

Shit world building and nonsensical lore, terrible animation, the main character is the most obnoxious self-insert, her bland love interest is an insert of the creator's crush and stops being her own character once they hook up, show only existed for the purpose of this dumb pairing and is yet another show about fetishizing lesbians but made creepier by them being 13-14, the setting is the same tired knockoff of Hogwarts but this time they do absolutely nothing with it, the antagonist is one of the worst cases of "tell, don't show" in recent memory. Show sucks from every conceivable angle, and it was right to be cancelled. Nothing of value was lost from its termination, and the world would be a better place if it never existed.
It was actually enjoyable and had fun characters, better then most of the slop on nowadays. You just have shit taste

if you ever read the series bible you'd know they never really intended on providing satisfying answers to their "lore"
Why would they do that? Giving them additional episodes looks like they initially had some sort of faith in it.
Going by the dates of those leaked scripts too, they were even in the process of writing season 2 before season 1 even premiered.
I think the problem with Hailey is that, one, it wasn't very well advertised (Especially compared to MGDD), and two, it took forever to really get some sort of interesting plot going, mainly in those last couple of episodes where they are building toward the prom.
The original marketing I saw basically was just "watch this girl do her bucket list" or something like that with non of the future stuff.

Due to the critical success of X-Men 97 we're going to see them make more series that don't inherently abide by TV-Y7 and PG rules. Then in 3 years we're going to see them move all future animated content straight to Disney+ or whatever future streaming thing we have by then. A Povenmire production, but surprisingly great as a serialized show. Could be on par with ‘Amphibia’ and ‘The Owl House’ if they continue the story. 95% chance of renewal.

Part of Marvel, and a co-production. Bolstered by five Emmys, three Annies, and just today a Gracie (See
