Funny story. A couple nights ago I saw the live raccoon trying to cross the street, next day he was dead in the exact spot he was trying to cross. It's near a college so I'm pretty sure there's more than a few college students who get a kick out of killing animals they see crossing the road. And I live near a wildlife refuge so I see things like dead possums, raccoons and squirrels. A lot of dead squirrels lately actually. One time I saw a dead hawk that was odd.
Though there's no shortage of me seeing live animals around here too. I could tell more than a few stories of having to stop while cycling for a turkey here or there or some deer. It's nice being able to go about 15 minutes out and being basically in the country.

People loved HS because they got legitimately invested in the story and characters. Pepole like TKs for the boobs, two main characters, and porn. It's not good enough for anything else.
I started it from the beginning a few months ago, early stuff is typical early-2000s faux-manga cringe. Eventually forced myself through to the Basatin Island arc at which point the art started showing remarkable improvement and story was getting somewhat interesting.
It can be a fun ride if you're in for the HMOFA aspect of it, and some good eye-candy as it gets into the later stuff, but okay at best otherwise.
I only check up on it a couple times a year because updating once a week (if your luckily) means everything moving at glacial pace.
