That's what this Sinister believes. For all we know this is a clone sent by the real Sinister on Krakoa to infiltrate Orchis for his own ends.

Sinister and Miles Warren walk into a bar, what happens?

They argue and insult each other for a bit, then come to an understanding over how much they think the High Evolutionary is a hack, then agree to team up in order to troll Ben Reilly and Madelyne Pryor.

Gwen Stacy Spider-clone with Optic Blasts.

              from Spider-manX-Men issue...#3, I think?

Basically Sinister playing around with some stuff he found in some of Warren's old labs.

Reminds me of that time Sinister made a Fin Fang Foom/Thor hybrid. Considering he has a genetic database of every being on Earth, you'd expect him to pump out all kinds of weird ass clones every time he appears.

There's also the fact that Dr. Stasis has a Club on his forehead instead of a Diamond

Which implies that there could be Heart and Spade Sinisters out there running their own experiments
And of course the original Nathaniel Essex overseeing all 4

My guess is that they know who, and they're all committed to the joke of never telling. Dude effectively made a horse Sinister for his clones to ride on iirc, so there is no way they aren't sick enough to keep the world in perpetual confusion over which Sinister is the real one, or if the original is still alive and didn't kick the bucket decades ago.

High Evolutionary is the original Sinister, he only made the Poker Sinister believe they made him and not viceversa

I mean in one scene we saw Krakoan Sinister killing the Sinister who created him

        Anonymous

He killed the Sinister who ruled all the other clones in Bar Sinister, but there's no way to know that one was the original Sinister.

Also that Sinister claimed to never have worn a cape so he's not the classic Sinister from earlier X-Men stories. I guess the point is Chuck and Mags went to him before his first encounter with the X-Men, so the mutant-gene Sinister has always been the one they fought.
I don't know how he got the Proudstar DNA in that case, but I'm no expert on older X-Men stuff.

How the frick is Cyclops strong enough to put Sinister in a headlock? Isn't this the same guy who could throw down with Colossus?

      Anonymous

This one isn't superstrong to the level of classic Mr. Sinister. In this very page he mentions he didn't mix Thunderbird's DNA with his own.

        Anonymous

Wait, so the original superstrong Sinister... isn't actually the original one? Or is this guy talking about the Krakoan Sinister, who isn't the "original" one either? This clone shit is confusing.

I remember Mystique did the same, when he "died". Was that ever explained?

X-Men writers don't care about consistency anymore.

Mystique is Wolverine tier fighter plus she was wearing a device that blocked Sinister from reading her thoughts and took him down by surprise/rammed his face onto Rogue's when Rogue had a death touch curse put on her.

The "Sinister inserted Thunderbird's DNA into him" thing was Hickman being a c**t not caring about continuity outside that of his friends (IE continuing Gillen's rape of Sinister).

The canon origin for Mr Sinister that Sinister is a "mutate"; an artificial mutant who got his powers from Apocalypse and that included immortality.

Claremont infamously wanted Sinister to be a basic b***h immortal mutant who's "power" was that he aged one year for every ten years that passed and that he was around 130-150 years old but had a body of a young boy in his early teens.

Should note that Sinister's forehead was often more realistic star-like than diamond at least in the Claremont run. It was also black colored, not red. Also, during Inferno, Sinister explicitly refers to his lair as a "Sanctum Sanctorum"; a term used in the pages of Dr Strange to reference a magician's home/base of power. Indicating Sinister had magical powers too; implying that either Sinister used magical constructs to interact with people or was a shapeshifter (as seen with the fact that Gambit was originally supposed to be Sinister's new alter ego).
