Didn’t it also cancel Bojack Horseman? Savage

Nope, that's patently false. Thanks for bringing it up so I could prove you wrong.

Here is an interview showing that Bojack was announced as cancelled on Sep 27 2019: https://screencrush.com/aaron-paul-netflix-canceled-bojack-horseman/

And here is the Family Guy episode, you can search Bojack on page and see it aired on October 20, 2019: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Family_Guy_(season_18)

      So, no. You're wrong.

how to tell the difference between a good comeback and a pathetic thinly veiled attempt at hiding how angry and upset you are?
on paper this has the elements of a good comeback but it just comes off incredibly pathetic and desperate.
if it was me i'd just try to acknowledge the joke as gracefully as possible and admit i got roasted well but that's because i'm not very witty. i'm sure there must be some way to respond to op joke and coming out on top but i can't imagine what it is.

im guessing something that punches back the same way family guy did. For example: "normal jokes, but a fat frick" or something idk

Don't ask Cinemaphile that, we're still trying to figure that one out.

There's no reason to answer to that in the first place.

Silly lazy joke on Family guy generated a meltdown on Reddit and Twitter over Muh horse show, which also aired the last episode that week or so. It was hilarious. You just had to type sth like "normal words" and those manchildren had a breakdown

    >stopped watching this show around season 3
    >season 3 ends with child actor ODing
    >years later, show is over
    >out of curiosity, quickly look up what happens in next seasons
    >season 6 is all about the child actor's death
    >the writers decided to retcon the circumstances of the girl's death so that horse guy was the one who basically killed her
    >instead of calling 911, he decided to just sit around and wait while she was dying

Wow. Good thing I didn't finish this show.
Everything about that feels like a political rewrite to make it more relevant to all the metoo shit.

people get so mad when you say they retconned it even tho it's so clear they did

Yes, it felt like the writers were upset that too many viewers were relating to horseman, so they made him doubly complicit in the child star dying to drive their point home.

That’s literally what happened. Harvey Weinstein told the creator of the show that he loved the show so the creator was scared that people liked Bojack.
