The show makes it abundantly clear that Chrissy is shitty at being a mobster, much less a boss, and if it weren't for his family connections to Tony he wouldn't have risen nearly as far as he did.

By 4, you can spot it. The implication is that neither Aide nor the gang know where Chrissy is. It's likely he could just be chipping a bit in 4-5, but by six it's pretty reasonable he's flipped.
