I recently rewatch some videos on YouTube. While Miguel design is better his banter basically Peter Parker.

You will get Miles, Miles and more Miles and you will like it chud

2099 can be a little cringe in Shattered Dimensions

Eh, probably the weakest out of the for of them but none of the cringe stuff sticks with me, but its literally been like 10 years since I last played it

It’s never been cringe, just unfitting. He’s a lot better in EOT though

The PC disc has been ripped and put on archive.org. Try this one, just use the base64 decoder.

Master frick all. This game is a pain in the ass to play on PC and I'm skipping to Edge of Time instead because honestly it's not that good for me to put up with this.
        >FPS drops
        >CPU temperature spikes
        >cutscenes that stutter and pause
        >lighting bugs especially on 2099's levels
        >a 13 decade input lag
        >crashes

It's weird how this one game ended up defining the direction the franchise would go going towards the 2010's and onwards.

This game was pretty shit. Really sad we've never gotten a game like Spider-Man 2.

It's not bad but it's not exactly amazing. I think my biggest issue besides the myriad of technical problems is that it just doesn't really feel good to play and I can't tell if this input delay is part of the technical issues or just baked into the game. It feels like wading through mud controlling this game.

Same here. It's ironic how things turned out though
      >15 years ago I didn't have money to buy 60 dollars game
      >Now I have money to buy 60 dollars game
      >Game now costs 100+$
      Life is fricking stupid.

Spider-Man at this point is definitely known for being a hero that has a bunch of multiversal adventures, on one hand I actually like a lot of the “Spider-Verse” material but its also like so random. This generally street level local hero semi-regularly encounters alternate universe versions of himself. What started it and why does it seem to click with people so much?

Less people and more companies, because (for varying reasons) having more of Spiderman works out more convenient for them than trying to make other characters they have the rights to work.
