Cheating b***h
Please let me know who has the very first spoken line in the film. I know it isn't a real character but I alway enjoy pointing that one out. Also the saucer prop in the beginning was made by this very mousy autistic sort of woman, one of the behind-the-scenes items shows her handling the prop and explaining in too much detail, in an even tone of voice, how the thing has 88 LED lights or similar.
Uh… Norwegian guy?
Wrong bro.

Looks Al generated.
The intro showing the alien spaceship aged so poorly it's crazy, and it really lowers the film by quite a bit. Imagine just.. removing that scene. The whole movie would improve.

it's crazy how other movies try to do assimilating mimic creatures but never come close to anything this good
What was his fricking problem?
He's an incel and hates women. It's why he took that job
cheating b***h
Let’s settle this once and for all
Is Childs a thing or not?
>Is Childs a thing or not?
he sure is.
the swedish guy telling them to get away from the puppers that gets shot by el capitan with his pop-gun
Damn it Mac! He’s Norwegian
Incorrect. The VERY FIRST spoken line in the film is Adrienne Barbeau, a real woman with a vegana and all (and Carpenter's wife-or-something around that time), purring as the chess computer which cheats and defeats Mac. By pouring his whiskey into the "cheatin' b***h", Mac kills off the last vestigial female presence in the film.
I do not consider AI "real" and I never ever will.
The actress, and her spoken words, are quite human, and extant at the beginning of the film, starting the drama. There is no completely getting away from woman. Even Lawrence of Arabia has the ululations of the distant women at one point.
no it’s not schizo
More importantly… how did Fuchs die bros?
