I saw it in the theater. I loved it. I've watched it several time since. I love the setting, I love the music, I love how they speak with intelligence like white people should.
Black people talk like this:
ooga booga monkey want banana.
Okay, butthole. This board has something called spoiler tags and the expectation is that you USE THEM. I'm sick of clueless newbies wandering into threads and ruining movies because they don't understand board culture.
This really freaks me out. It freaked me out the first time I saw it. This movie really freaks me the frick out. I think it's because it's in the woods and I grew up by the woods and I often grew paranoid something would peer at me from my windows on the ground floor or that something would come inside through the basement. I love the concept of the movie but this shit is creepy
If the last shot of the movie was a monster or someone in one of the monster suits looking down at the dead guy in the hole, the Village would have been well received. Instead the movie just sucks because the fake monster guy dies and then there's like 30 more minutes of bullshit where she leaves the nature reserve. It's completely underwhelming and makes the whole movie experience feel like garbage
Hollywood feared an Indian gentleman taking over their racket. 95% of Mr. Night's work is kino, but Hollywood critics give him the bad reviews so he cannot gain power.
Could this work, bros? Why don’t we all come together, find a nice field somewhere guarded by a thick forest, and start a 1700’s village. Of course… we need to find girlfriends first so we can repopulate the village, but after that it’ll be easy. Anyone know how to make buildings? Hunt? Forage? Cook? Sew? My job will be kino critic. I will rate and discuss movies that I bring with me to the village along with a laptop.
She got FRICKING FAT
(and that’s a good thing)
still would

Agreed
I love it. It's a fall movie that I watch every year. I love the setting and vibe, I love the characters, and the directing is pretty damn good.
lol. The dialogue was particularly stiff and stupid and exactly how someone who knows nothing about the past would assume people spoke.
>and exactly how someone who knows nothing about the past would assume people spoke
homie, did you watch the movie?
>someone who knows nothing about the past would assume people spoke.
Oh and let me guess, YOU know exactly how people spoke, right? have a nice day.
Two things :
I hate tard characters and from what I remember Brody played a tard so you have to continuously bear with his tardouts and sniveling
Shymalan or whatever his name is again has to show up with his amateur acting to mug for the camera diminishing the impact of the reveal
Disappointed the monsters were fake

What moron goes into a discussion thread for a movie they haven't seen?
Blow me

I'm fine with that but I feel they reveal that fact sooner than they should have.

She looked ethereal before she became a braphog.
her peak was in lady in the water
she still does, but she did, too
It's called a character arc anon.
i like Shamalamadingdong movies even though the story in this one is one of his most silly
like the rest of his films post-unbreakable, it's unwatchable dogshit.
THAT came out of Ron Howard's penis???!!!
narrator: it did
funny, because wasn't the narrator voiced by Ron Howard lol
Whoaaa I had no clue.
can't respect her after seeing her get blacked.
All actress have to do that now ids mandatory global homosexual requirement
I’m ashamed to say how quickly I nutted to her sex scene in Manderlay.
>look it up
>Black person
Kys
What?
>being into race mixing
Kys
Grow up. Love is love.
Says the pedophile.
>isolate yourself from globohomosexual and Black folk BAD >:(
Beotiful movie portraying a world untouched by israeli trickery. The porch scene between ivy and lucius is kino.
Very nice sentiment thank you
I loved it. It's a nice fable and the cinematography was vivid and gorgeous
Skinny Dallas was best Dallas.
M. Night's best movie. Maybe Bryce's best movie, too. Her performance was excellent. Great atmosphere, spooky, mysterious. 10/10
A really good movie. No clue why people disliked it so much. It's one of Shyamalan's best, only second to Unbreakable in my opinion.
The trailer REALLY wanted to make you think it was a horror movie.
It is homosexual with a twist
She starred in two M. Night movies. Two of his bad movies.

Big plumbing dragged his name through the mud.
J'accuse...!
did you see the happening?
It was genius. If Spielberg had came up with it everyone would have been piping him.
>The israelite fears the brown genius
It’s good
Not great
I liked it
Npcs didn’t
Definitely one of shambalambs best
Reminder that this still isn't out on bluray
I saw it in cinemas. It was when I realised Shymalan was a one hit wonder.
Signs was and is kino
I thought it was average and my opinion didn't change after a rewatch over a decade later. It has its moments but its nothing special.
Imagine breeding her while she is wearing that cute dress
i just remember busting many nuts to the scary movie 4 parody scenes of this where the blind chick was wearing fishnets and shitting in public
Bryce was excellent, very few nepo babies got the chops
I enjoy the love story. Who wouldn't fall in love with blind Amish BDH?
