Robin, Raven, and Beastboy will definitely be the same age. RavenxDamien and RavenxBeastboy are a thing, and they can shill the love triangle drama since they're teens. Cyborg will most likely be a graduate, and Starfire will be a godmother to the team.

Cyborg in that was only like a little older than High school aged(since they dhow him as a high school football player in the JL War movie), and Starfire probably wasn't much older since the whole MO of the new 52 stuff was to keep the Batman/Superman generation no more than 30-35.
That said, any actors they cast are very likely to be over 16 and will be 18-22 by the time sequels happen at least. Such is the nature of live action.

question is would the general audience like that? It seems everyone is stuck on the 03 titans. Personally I think they should just combine the teams, gunn has shown he can handle ensemble cast with lots of members already.
What story would you do from the original run? There's not much that holds up. It's like saying the X-Men should start off with the O5. No one wants that.
At most, if they swapped the lineup like Young Justice, I could see a Stranger Things style TV show with Antithesis and Gargoyle and the Evil JLA plot.

If they use Dick it'd be as Nightwing, we know they're using Damian as Robin from the jump. Maybe if they're doing a flashback or a movie set in the past.
As far as the lineup, the NTT/03 lineup will probably be the base, depending on what other newer heroes they want to push added to it. I can also see them running with them just being the Titans and not the Teen Titans- Supergirl is the first "sidekick" casting we know and her movie will have her be 21.

there are like 4+ different titans teams, one for each robin. It wouldn't be hard to just steal them from of the lineups and act like it belongs to whatever team they adapt.
Most of the later runs just rip-off and repeat Marv Wolfman's arcs. The only story worth using from the past 30 years is Titans Tomorrow.
