None of those are from the 2000s, which is why I specifically listed those 3 and then mentioned the 2000s. I'd argue a lot of the 70s shit was still worse than those too, and the Ben 10 reboot and PPG 2016 are fricking shit but those three shows are on a completely different level of shit. Secret Mountain Fort Awesome wasn't really that bad outside of its visuals though. I'll give you Problem Solverz though.

Overhated tbh, Season 6 was overall passable and Season 7 at least gave us the Squidward Tiki Land episode. SpongeBob Seasons 11, 12, and 13 are way worse in quality, and the spin-offs are even worse and thats ignoring the drama involving their creation.
To these day I'm still shocked at the sudden degradation of Johnny Test. The first seasons made by Warner, while nothing special, were okay and serviceable if you wanted to kill some time. The moment the show switched to some Canadian studio it became one big ass mess altogether, writing and animation wise. It almost felt like a completely different show.
Planet Sheen is the worst one, I haven't seen Horrid Henry, Fanboy and Chum-Chum is bland and mediocre with a horrible theme song, Johnny Test isn't good but not the worst, Clutch Cargo is a weird relic of the past. There's far worse stuff than all of those.
This is the equivalent of saying "Justin Bieber, Billie Eilish, Lil Wayne, Limp Bizkit, and Nickelback are the worst musican artists/bands ever!"
Clutch Carbo is an accidental dip into that world of raw shit, but the actual worst cartoons ever are things that wouldn't have even made it to air on cable TV in the first place. I'm talking some real "outsider" level shit.
