The Mario show was cringe though. It has no Sonic characters, there's the characters in live action like it's a Disney remake, they trooned Luigi out into a mother, the song in it doesn't hold a candle to Underground's theme, Chris Pratt doesn't voice Mario like he does in canon material, and Bartleby never saves the day.
Show about two hunk brothers from BROOKLYN which is awesome with muscles and a sexy main villain too with badass songs and the mama part was just to show even men can do something like be a mom so it preaches equality which is awesome.

I've been trying to figure out if Flora actually has autism, or if it's dark humor on the part of Tamers (Flora is such a punching bag even a therapist misdiagnoses her) as both seem equally as likely. I looked at some medical definitions to figure it out.

I don't think this applies. When her sister is on fire she displays the same degree of panic/concern as everyone else, for example. When she gets into a fight with Sonia she has a psychic (as in mental energy, not psychosis) episode that veers into some kind of spirit vision. Ordinarily I'd consider this as qualifying, but she literally sees into the future when it happens. The dodgeball game is the closest possible thing to this happening, but Bartleby trying to kill everyone would terrify anybody.

Oddly not the case. The Tamers universe has people act like borderline psychopathic dickheads constantly, whereas Flora seems to convey a unique sense of believable empathy (that eventually turns her into a doormat when surrounded by all of these crazy characters.) But more importantly Flora does actually seem to notice people respond negatively to her, which autistic people don't actually do. The social cues she's missing out on tend to be the wildly inappropriate or antisocial tendencies of those who surround her.

This one applies. You could argue whether she would or would not be justified in feeling angry or spiteful (since she's treated like shit for no real reason), but she undeniably feels anxiety over not feeling accepted and this has boiled over at least once. She generally has considerable patience though, so anxiety's much more prevalent.

Does not apply. Outside of the outburst between herself and Sonia (and that entire episode leaves a lot of room for interpretation) Flora displays a level of patience and self-control that makes her stick out like a sore thumb in the Tamers universe. By that standard she would be strange, but by clinical real world standards she is not.

These are prominent tics or "the autism voice." Flora is TTS like everyone else and doesn't speak strangely, so it's not a fit. Hilariously Tamers himself might be a fit judging by how ploddingly the dialogue is written.

This also does not apply. Flora has no issues holding a conversation, other than people really not wanting to talk to her. If this were an autistic symptom there would be a variety of ways she'd fail to hold a conversation, such as fixation upon a topic well beyond what's appropriate. Nothing like this happens.

Do I even need to explain this one? Everyone hates Flora. She is an affection-starved character who cannot seem to fit in no matter what. This is owed to the fact that she's not a vulgar, antisocial individual who shits themselves due to IBS from constant gay anal sex. We don't know if she would have trouble with these for the simple reason nobody will actually give her a chance, save perhaps Sonia 10 years in the future.

This is possible. We don't know what Flora actually does in her free time. She does seem to fuss over the Christian iconography in her living space but this could be entirely incidental. When we do see her, however, she's never really reliant upon repetitive or otherwise stimulating action so I'm going to veer into "no."

Possible veering on probable. Her fixation upon fulfilling her mother's dream of starting a backery seems to be rooted more in empathy than a desire to bake, as Flora doesn't seem to do it outside of the backery burning down. Since then she's become preoccupied with her faith with very little interest expressed in anything else. But this is again an issue of us not knowing what she does in her spare time.
Our end tally is 2 and a half (to be generous) out of a criteria of 8. It's not a passing score to the layman, but medically speaking this is actually a valid reason for a qualified therapist to look into Flora and see if she has some form of (in this case high-functioning) autism. I think the end conclusion is really summarized as "Flora is a normal person surrounded by lunatics and they don't accept her" but there's grounds to consider her autistic.

Flora selfishly stole 3 entire minutes out of Knuckles' life, wrongfully accused her own sister of matricide, and is blue. Bartleby constantly saves the day, has a tragic backstory, and works hard for his well earned fortune.
Does she have depression?
Possibly. Given she's a teenager depression would manifest as irritability vs. more traditional ideas of depression in adults. I'll again mention that placing blame in the episode where she gets into a fight with Sonia is murky (you could argue Manic, Flora and Sonia all did something wrong) but Flora does actually lash out not once but twice. First when deleting images on Manic's phone, then again when the fight actually happens.
