When I saw the design I didn't like that it got rid of the Fin Funnels, since the asymmetrical is so iconic. But seeing the HiMega Launcher zip around its back is really cool.

Seems like a more orthodox unit other than possible amekyan and CSa/CSb cancel free falls. Interesting to see a unit with two quick 1-hit burst attacks. Also the demo doesn't show the main even once lol

pretty sick multi tool design. That combo it does with the kick into thrust with giant blade is cool. Also does it stun Sazabi with some sort of funny putty or something at one point? I'd be amazing of they used that putty like stuff they use to quickly cover hull breaks in space as a way to disable MS.
I gotta say seeing the fighting style they came up with for it here...I'm kinda starting to like this statue's variation of the Nu more than the standard Nu or even Hi-Nu.
It's just kind of cool to have this streamlined swiss army knife module that serves as a large melee weapon, a shoulder mounted Hi Mega Launcher, and a couple of strong funnels all rolled into a trim and unbusy package that seems way less cumbersome than the standard Fin Funnel rack, so it compliments the Nu's own trim and efficient design. Plus I've always thought the Alex color scheme looks good on Nu.

What are the 6 they each have, out of interest? I can only think of 6 Char might have, but fall one or two short for both Amuro and Setsuna.

After that, I can only think of stuff he was a tertiary pilot on once or twice like the Guncannon and Guntank or other Nu variants like the Heavy Weapons System, and maybe an Exia R2 or something for Setsuna. I'd like to think maybe a GN Flag, but the Flag is more of a Graham thing, unless the grenades Setsuna used add some variety.
It's a variant of the OG RX-78-2 except that its moveset revolves heavily around transforming into different version of the G-parts like the G-Armor or G-Sky.

It's pretty fun to use. It doesn't seem like an A tier unit. 4 and 6 BC can be spammed with step anican assist after.
CSb is for anican rather than blocking anything
melee into 2b combo does over like 230 damage if I remember correctly.

amuro also has the g mecha version of the 78 and also hi nu. setsuna has the avalanche, seven sword G and full saber as well
