But would you really care if they covered all the subplots of the comics like oh he's fighting the lizard now he's fighting the vulture and sure it goes on for twenty five movies but would it really be any good people would start to question why do I even like Spider-Man.
The first Iron Man is actually pretty good imo, not as good as Raimi Spider-Man but I like it. It's everything after that's trash.
I know it gets memed here but the 3rd actually is pretty bad, I know it wasn't Raimi's fault really but that doesn't change the reality of the movie itself.

Man, I still love Iron Man 1. The music is phenomenal, the heaviness of the suit and sound effects for it are unforgettable. 2 sort of has the same magic, but 1 really benefited from zero expectations letting them do whatever they wanted.
You know, often it's hard to judge if old things were actually better or if you're just nostalgic for them. Well, I can tell you that I watched this trilogy for the first time during the covid lockdown and I fricked LOVED them. Literally what super hero movies are supposed to be.
The raimi verse flat-out died as soon as they dared to release a bad film. I'm caught between wanting leniency for them and seeing the result of such leniency with the actual MCU.
