Only Viktor has the room for a change because he is just half way through his character arc.
So there is no way to make the plot and character arcs in S2 to be as good as in S1 unless they make most S1 characters the side ones and bring the whole set of a new characters.
To be honest, I'd rather make Arcane to be the anthology of seasons.
Make S2 about Sylas when he was the prisoner and tell the story of his rebellion, with Lux, Garen etc being other main characters.

Yeah except Silco didn't betray Jinx and he never lied to her. At worst he kept information from her because he was (understandably) worried how she would react.

I enjoyed Arcane the most at the start, and enjoyed it less and less the more "video game" powers/items/characters started to be introduced. By the end I was barely interested at all.

First of all, white people make the best villains. That's just how it is. Second of all, Urgot could be fricking purple for all I care. Third of all, Jayce is time and again portrayed as an indecisive moron who just wants fame and recognition and respect but gets constantly played by everyone else
