This character is the biggest brainlet filter in television history. If you aren't siding with her the vast majority of the time, you are absolutely a low IQ mouth breather

it's a testament to bad acting and bad direction that she still manages to be the most unlikable character.
completely wrong, she was played by a good actress and had perfect direction. the reason she's disliked is because morons are incapable of understanding things from different perspectives
>oh no my husband who just got diagnosed with cancer is acting erratic i should throw him out of his house
Not really seeing the perspective where this course of actions makes sense.
That's because you're a literal downie or stared at your phone while the show was playing. It's more like
>oh no my husband is selling hardcore drugs and getting involved with criminal organizations and is putting me and the rest of my family in danger (to the point where he almost got all of us killed, which only the audience knows) I should kick him out of the house so that we don't fricking die
You seem to have the order of events mixed up here anon. Skylar kicks Walt out of the house before she learns about the drugs. She even says herself she doesn't know. Seems like you were the speedwatcher here.
>being erratic is when you constantly lie to your wife and keep a second cellphone
Sure, my mistake, I was one episode off, that doesn't make your case any less dumb.
>Husband endangers your entire family and won't leave unless you literally confess his crimes to the police and destroy your family
>You give your boss the money EXPLICITLY to cover your husband's tracks so he doesn't get caught
>imbecile phone starer thinks she did either just for the lolz
>being erratic is when you constantly lie to your wife and keep a second cellphone
I mean yeah that would be erratic, now explain how either of these things is grounds for kicking a man out of his house.
>having a second cellphone is "being erratic"
lmao. Because if you need to hide something on your phone from your significant other, there's an extremely good chance you're doing something illegal (like Walt actually was) or cheating. Compounded with obvious lies he was telling through out the two seasons, yes, absolutely that's grounds for getting kicked out
It's fine if you can't actually counter the main point, but don't cope by acting as if mixing up one detail throughout a long show means the entire argument is wrong or comparable to misinterpreting an entire character just because you know your opinion is idiotic.
>It's fine if you can't actually counter the main point
I already did, maybe you shouldn't speedwatch the thread as well.
>I already did
You did not, please take an elementary English class.
>ignores the entire argument in the post he's replying to to cope about there being no argument
Same message to you as to the other guy, if you can't address the main argument, stop coping about having a dumb opinion.
>erratic-not even or regular in pattern or movement; unpredictable.
I think you have a fundamental misunderstanding of language. Who in the frick calls active deception and hiding of information being "erratic?"
>Who in the frick calls active deception and hiding of information being "erratic?"
Well I wouldn't call it qcting normal but I guess you would for some reason.
>if you can't address the main argument
You have no argument anon, we have long established you didn't not pay attention to the show, this was shown by you already changing your argument from
>she kicked him out for selling drugs
To
>she kicked him out for not acting normal after being diagnosed with cancer and this was justified somehow
You already lost the second you had to backpeddle. All you're doing now is doubling down pretending kicking a dying man out for not acting how she liked is justified.
>but don't cope by acting as if mixing up one detail throughout a long show means the entire argument is wrong
>nooooo only im allowed to call people phone starers instead of having an argument
LMAO again anon maybe watch tge show for real next time before discussing it.
>having a second cellphone is "being erratic"
Yes, do you not know what erratic means?
>erratic-not even or regular in pattern or movement; unpredictable.
I would say that qualifies. Not sure why you don't think so.
Anon you already outed yourself as the actual phone starter, trying that again just makes you look more moronic. Next time get your facts straight before accusing others.
>That's because you're a literal downie or stared at your phone while the show was playing.
You would have a point anon if that is what happened. But Skylar kicks Walt out in season 2 and doesn't learn he's making drugs until season 3. So she literally only did so because again her husband who got diagnosed with cancer was acting erratic which is a reasonable thing to expect of a person who just got a cancer diagnosis.
Uh she smoked while pregnant?
>which only the audience knows
So why would she be thinking about it and factoring it into her decisions?
she was okay but she was also a boring character. i don’t side with walt but he’s at least fun to watch
>gives her husband vegetarian bacon and a disinterested handjob for his birthday
I'm not siding with that.
>gives her husband vegetarian bacon and a disinterested handjob for his birthday
Ouch
>I smoked cigarettes while pregnant and made Walt Jr moronic.
None of those words meaning anything. People disliked Skyler because she's naggy and boring. You're not going to change opinions by telling them they're too stupid for a show about a science nerd becoming a kingpin.
This. It’s not deep. Everyone (except for simpcels) has had experience with an annoying AF nagging female and can relate to the story in that way.
paizuri
what was supposed to happen is jessie gets killed in front of walt, and walt comes home acting like gustavo fring, a completely different person. then the writers strike happened and they changed walt and jessie's fates. jessie is alive, tuco is dead, and walt is basically the same person. they didn't change anything about skylar. so skylar is reacting to things that didn't happen. that is why she is incomprehensible. they then reworked the original walt arc into gustavo fring.
Source? Im tired of reading other peoples head cannon as if it were cannon
Every scene shes just nagging. When its a shot of Walt at home - here comes Skyler what does she want now - oh its nagging. I think Vince brought Kimmy Feet to placate all the hatred on Skyler. Kimmy feet is the exact opposite of her and thats why we love her.
>Commits financial crimes
>Paralyzes Ted
>Had a baby when she was like 45
Inexcusable
Also
>smokes while pregnant
>is the reason Walt Jr was born disabled
>fricking a man while her husband is dying of cancer and giving that man all the money Walt made to sustain you and your disabled son to said man is good actually
reddit, have a nice day
Feminist retcon that she was anything more than a time wasting obstacle, barely more relevant than the plot where Marie is stealing shit
Hank is the only truly good character
You’re not supposed to side with her midwit. The point is that everyone on the show has their baggages and bad qualities.
