I get that his face looks older but it wasn’t unheard of to see people around 6’3” and a bit muscular as a freshman. Welling was almost skinny in the first couple of years. My body was quite similar to his as a sophomore in high school and I always thought this complaint was made by skinny weak homosexuals.
Intense nostalgia feeling. Not so much for Smallville, but feeling the reminder that I've lost contact with so many people and I can never truly go back. The 90s and 2000s were such a simple uncomplicated time for me, and so many people I used to care about ended up being shitheads or abandoning me, and I'm sure I've been a shithead and abandoned people too without thinking about it.
I'll tell you this about current Tom Welling:
Teenage girls still love him.
He went from the cute hot boyfriend to the cute hot daddy.
I'm not gay at all, but even I can pay attention.
Seeing teenage girls lusting over him twenty years ago, to seeing my own teenage daughter lusting after him today.
You think I'm kidding. My daughter saw him in The Winchesters, and wanted to know who he was. She said he was cuter than Jensen Ackles. Dug my old Smallville first five season box set DVDs out from a box in the garage and gave them to her.
She closes her bedroom door and watches them.
She thinks we're stupid.
There was an Asian guy in my art class with a full thick beard. It was weird enough seeing an Asian with a non-patchy beard but this was high school so he was a teen and it just didn't make sense at all.
I've been rewatching this series. Lex really had something off with him from the start. Not sure why people view him as a "good guy". Also, the Clark/Lana relationship was well played, and lasted the right amount of time. Without it he'd never learn how to rail Lois without killing her.
Lex was always overly ambitious and he was always suspicious that Clark was hiding something, both things eventually set him on the path towards evil but he is not initially established as evil, in a sense Clark was the architect of that by not being honest with him, they drifted apart as Clark refused to let him in on his secret and kept pushing Lex towards more sinister methods of finding out the truth, which in hindsight is kinda stupid because by season 5 Clark had pretty much let everyone in on it besides him.

Literal first post in and some guy claims to have looked like 23 year old Tom Welling at 15.
This is also superman
Yup, it's one of the few times this kind of casting is believable.
This 30 year old is a high school student.
to be fair he looked absurdly young for his age
Here's another high school student. It was a different time.
Hello fellow detention servers.
what happened to him
He gave up on trying to be skinny I guess. He looks fine otherwise.
He literally just needs a few months to cut and he will mog everyone on earth.
>No longer skinny
>But not fat
>Still has his great smile
He's doing great
>Still has his great smile
No he doesn't, he got rid of his adorable snaggleteeth and got those uncanny veneers.
With breasts like his he could b***hslap me and I'd say thanks, veneers or no veneers.
Same thing that happens to everyone, you are never as attractive as when you are young and in shape.
I can’t believe she picked the cult guy over these dudes.

The good thing with daughters is they don't need you to strategically place something they can use as lubricant in their vicinity for these situations
2 CREEPY 4 ME
>his smile and optimism, unphased

Best casting choice for Superman in history.
Dude is the chaddiest Chad I've ever seen.
Imagine your life if you looked like that.
Superior Kryptonian genetics stay mad Earthslacker
Why was this show the most comfy thing on in the 00s when we had dark scifis being pushed onto TV left and right?
smallville was 2001-2011.
"dark scifi" was post 2010.
how is sg-1 and atlantis dark scifi?
SOMEBUDDY SAAAAVE MEEEE
Stop hating you dysgenic mutt.
Best cast supes ever.
>That flirting with Lois in pic related
I can't remember ever seeing better chemistry on screen than in this scene, not even joking
True. It was kino and a great foreshadow to the future.
I mean, I'd expect supes of all teens to look big, it also helps that he towers over mostly everyone else in the main cast.
would then and would now
yes daddy
Men age like wine. Although somewhere around 70 the bottle opens and it goes bad in like a week.
Vinegar, old wine degrades into vinegar once air hits it.
This is a high school senior(who also happens to be superman)
the power of corn fed, baby!
Why were high schoolers in movies and shows always played by 30 year old underwear models?
Because it's socially acceptable to think a 20 year old playing a 15 year old is sexy.
advanced kryptonian genetics tho

Were teenagers horny about him back then?
