wrong. it's the audacity. it's dumb humour pushed to the far extremes. adam sandler will show kids getting clonked on the head by flying props as a joke, freddy got fingered follows-through by showing the kid getting graphically injured and having a realistically horrible reaction, and it's funny because it's so beyond the realms of good taste that you can't believe a movie just did that.

People calling it anti-comedy and shit are just pulling your leg, but there is a modicum in truth that tom green was poppin at the time, so a studio wanted him to do a movie and he pretty much made a $1,000,000 shitpost.

Freddy Got Fingered is that, but someone actually made it. And it's 5 stars.
