you know with how old iron man armor seamless without joint, my headcanon always thinking back then tony create some substance ala james cameron terminator but decide stop using it because the chemical its affecting his mental health
I like it visually, but it's still in the realm of looking like light armor on a guy who already has super powers, with all those visible muscles. Which is a fine look but I don't think it's what they were going for.
I always look at it as, Tony is so ahead of the curve when it comes to armor that his looks light but it’s actually superior to everyone else who got the ridiculous overly detailed armor trend of the 90s.
His was simple but most effective if that makes sense.
Was a really good era, and kicking the shit through Venom was pretty cool.
Glad we got to see so many armours in the MCU, including the Hulkbuster, but the one I missed the most was picrel.
The Stealth Armour was a perfect excuse to nerf his power level so he has to rely on his brains more, but also would have liked to see this panel with the strap-on jet booster.
That isn't Silver Centurion. There is something wrong with your post, OP.

A rare chemical affecting one's physical health feels more realistic.

I also want to know this. I thought it was a Capcom invention but I keep seeing merch of it that's unrelated to Capcom.
Iron Man #294
Damn I just read it. He even has the little chair looking thing war machine has where he shoots rockets in the air
I've read almost all of Iron Mans different runs, and even I didn't know this, but he used it once.

It may not be "the best" but I think the original armor has a certain pulpy charm.
