Ultraviolet is a film where individual scenes are actually kind of awesome. But the film as a whole doesn't work. It's a bad movie. Milla Jovovich regretted starring in it. It put Kurt Wimmer in director jail, where he languished until his shitty 2020 Children of the Corn remake sent him right back to the slammer.

I re-watched this in 4k recently and it is truly one of the worst movie ever created. Didn't even manage to at least be a bit stylish or have good designs.
