Well not originally per se, she was made like 5 years after Woodstock. O'Neil never specified her age, and in a later run Marv wolfman, IIRC , makes it so she was 300 years old. Post-crisis when O'Neil wrote R'as full origin, he had her be born after Woodstock (at that point, 1992, she could only be no older than 23 year old)
